To cook chops in the oven, it is better to take a chop (loin), tenderloin or loin.

Having chosen the necessary part, we begin to make pork chops. The recipe in the oven, as in frying, involves cutting meat into small pieces, up to 2 cm in thickness, and cut the meat along the fiber, so it will be more gentle. After cutting into small portions, it should be removed with a hammer. In order not to damage the meat fibers, it should be beaten through the food film. If you wish, you can marinel it off for several hours. Marinade can be very diverse, from simple mayonnaise with garlic to delicious marinades with wine and spices. It all depends on your preferences and desires. If there is no time to pickle, then each part is salted and slightly peppered, sprinkle a little with your favorite spices.

The first one - presupposes their preliminary frying in a pan with subsequent baking, the second is direct baking of meat, without preliminary heat treatment. The most commonly used vegetables for baking pork chops are onions, tomatoes, sweet peppers, mushrooms.

Take the raw pieces of pork, roll them in flour, then soak in pre-whipped eggs. We put each slice in a flour and an egg in a well-heated frying pan. Fry it with sunflower oil or fat until golden brown on both sides. We put the prepared chops into the prepared for baking form. If desired, it can be laid with baking paper or foil. If the chops in the oven are baked with vegetables, then roast the onions and champignons. After the vegetables blush, we put them on top of chops, if desired, put a slice of tomato or sliced sweet pepper and sprinkle it with grated cheese on a large grater. Put the baking tray with our chops in a well-heated oven for 20 minutes. The cooking time can be shorter, you should carefully monitor the baking process and with the appearance of an appetizing golden brown crust the chops should be taken out. When serving, you can decorate a ready-made dish with a variety of herbs and cherry tomatoes. Do not be afraid to show imagination.

Choosing the second cooking option, in which the chops in the oven will be baked without pretreatment of meat, it is necessary, as in the previous case, to prepare portioned pieces. You can marinate them. We put the pork meat on the greased baking sheet. On top, lay out the pickled, chopped onions, if desired, lubricate it with a small amount of mayonnaise and sprinkle on top with grated cheese on a large grater. If the chops are cut in thick enough pieces, then the cheese can be sprinkled a bit later, about half an hour after the chops start to be cooked, so it will not burn and it will not be hard. Put the pan with the chops in a well-heated oven. And at a temperature of 220 ° bake the first 20 minutes, after which the temperature can be slightly reduced. The time of cooking chops will be about an hour. The chop will be ready when it gets blushed and when stabbing with a knife a clear juice will be extracted from it.
