Lavash roll with ham

Lavash roll is easy to prepare, but very tasty and original dish. This is a kind of sandwich. Cook it very quickly, and for the filling you can take any products that are available in the refrigerator. Lavash roll is a wonderful option for breakfast and dinner "in a hurry", for hiking in nature, it can be cooked to treat unexpected guests, and, moreover, it is a beautiful dish for a festive table.

This dish is prepared in different ways, adding various ingredients to the ham filling in accordance with the taste preferences. The basis of success of this dish is in the pita itself. You should choose a fresh, soft and, most importantly, one-piece. Otherwise, it will be difficult to twist the roll, as the filling can fall out. Remember that to cut a roll it is worth using a well sharpened knife, because impregnated lavash can be hard to cut.

1. Pita bread with ham and Korean carrots

Necessary ingredients: three sheets of Armenian lavash, mayonnaise, 300 grams of ham, any hard cheese - about 300 grams, carrots in Korean - 200 grams, greens to taste.

Spread one lavash on the table, gently lubricate it with mayonnaise and lay a thinly chopped ham on it. On the ham should be put a second lavash, well missed with mayonnaise and put carrots on top in Korean. The last lavash is put on carrots, greased with mayonnaise, put the grated cheese on the grater and sprinkle with chopped greens. Then wrap everything in a roll and be sure to wrap it tightly with a food film or wrap it in foil. Put the roll on the dish and put in the refrigerator for at least two hours, so that it is well soaked. The finished dish should be cut into pieces and served to the table in a cold form.

2. Lavash roll with ham and cucumber

Necessary ingredients: lavash leaf, ham, processed cheese, cucumber and dill.

Lay out lavash on the table, gently smear it with melted cheese. Cut the ham into thin pieces and put them on pita bread with cheese. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and place on a ham, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. You can salt and pepper a little. 3. Rolls with ham and cheese

To prepare the dish you need the ingredients: lavash - one sheet, ham - 250 grams, hard cheese - 180 grams, 300 grams of Peking cabbage, 200 grams of mayonnaise, a pair of cloves of garlic.

Garlic grate or finely chop and mix with mayonnaise. The resulting mayonnaise-garlic mass grease pita bread. Grate cheese on a large grater and put on pita bread over mayonnaise. Cut into thin strips of ham and put on cheese. The next layer is finely chopped Peking cabbage. Tightly twist the lavash into a roll and place it in the refrigerator for several hours, so that it is well soaked. Cut the roll carefully, without pressing it hard with a knife.

4. Lavash rolls with ham and eggs

Necessary ingredients: lavash - 2 leaves, boiled eggs - three pieces, 150 grams of hard cheese, 300 grams of ham, greens, mayonnaise.

Peeled eggs finely chopped or grated with a large grater. Cheese grind in a blender or grate. Mix eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. On the table, spread the pita bread, cut it into small pieces and spread it well with the resulting mass. From above put still a layer of lavash. Lay the ham, cut with the same cubes, onto it, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Collapse the lavash rolls and put in the fridge for two hours. The dish is ready to serve, pleasant appetite!
