Wooden kitchens - an aristocratic interior option

Kitchen - this is probably the most favorite place of the whole family. It is here that in spite of all adversity and too rhythmic way of life all its members gather to not just eat, but share all emotions and events with the closest people. Not surprisingly, many people furnish this room with special care and love. Nowadays wooden kitchens are becoming increasingly popular. Why this happens and what are the advantages of this material, we will consider in this article.

The style of "country", and this is exactly what wooden design is called, is something old that invariably does not lose its novelty due to the harmonious work of designers and decorators. Wooden kitchens undoubtedly bring us the spirit of the past, conquering with their simplicity and grace at the same time. However, experts unanimously affirm that this is the kind and noble material, and the interior objects made of it should occupy the last place in our life.

What are the wooden kitchens so qualitatively different from themselves similar, but made of another substance? We should start with the absolute safety of this species for human health. A tree is an environmentally friendly, hygienic and harmless material created by nature itself, so no allergic reactions should not be feared even by the most inveterate allergies. Universality is the next positive thing. In any interior and in any setting, the wooden kitchens look absolutely to the place and give the room some aristocratic spirit, while at the same time creating an indescribable comfort and warmth.

Naturally, the tree itself in a changeable microclimate will last a short time - high humidity and temperature changes will have a detrimental effect on its appearance. But it is to avoid such cases that the array is necessarily covered with a protective film, which preserves the aesthetic and functional qualities of furniture for many years.

Wooden kitchens, prices for which vary in the widest range, can be selected for a variety of characteristics. One of the leading parameters of the evaluation is the kind of material, and in this case the tree species. The most preferred, and therefore the most famous, are oak, walnut, ash and beech. Of course, each of them has its own small negative characteristics. For example, oak is the most durable and decorative kind of material, but very often it splits, as a result, furniture from this array, as a rule, is decorated with carving, which looks very beautiful. Beech is too light color, so most often it is subjected to staining. Ash and walnut differ little in quality characteristics from the above valuable species, which is why they are among the most expensive species. Despite the fact that the type of material may differ, the price for an average kitchen set from a real tree will be at least forty thousand rubles, and the finishing of glass, marble or other decorative materials adds another couple of tens of thousands to the cost.

Wooden kitchens, photos of which are presented in this article, cause the most contradictory feelings. On the one hand, it is very beautiful, practical and safe furniture. But it is worthwhile to think about the fact that only whole trees are used to make it, that is, they have to be cut down, which has a harmful effect on the ecological state of the planet. Think about it and try to make the right choice!
