Basis for the first recipe

This cake in the form of a breast will consist of a small amount of biscuit, which will become the basis, and lots of souffle! Such a delicacy will be to taste even the most spoiled delights sweet tooth. So, in order to prepare biscuit "caps", the basis of our cake, you will need:

  • One hundred grams of flour;
  • 150 grams of sugar or powder;
  • Four large eggs;
  • One teaspoon of vanillin.

Note that there is no salt in the recipe, and it really is not needed. In her absence, the cakes will not be fresh, since there is little flour, and there are many sugars and eggs.

To make a delicious biscuit, first break the eggs, and carefully separate the protein from the yolk. In the end, we mix them, but this action is necessary. In a yellow mass, pour half of the sugar, whisk with a mixer until a uniform consistency of white color is obtained. Do the same in a separate bowl with the remaining sugar mixed with proteins. Combine both masses and, stirring constantly, so that lumps do not form, slowly stir in the flour. It turns out quite a thin dough, and it should be poured on a baking sheet, pre-covered with baking paper. Place it in an oven and bake at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees for half an hour.

What is soufflé made of?

While the biscuit is baked in the oven, you can start cooking a delicious souffle! With it, you also do not have to bother for a long time: despite the presence of a large number of components, it is prepared easily. So, let's get started! To bake a cake "Chest size 4", you will need the following amount of ingredients for a souffle:

  • Milk and water - one glass;
  • Packing gelatin (35 grams);
  • Butter 250 grams of butter;
  • Sugar - one and a half cups;
  • A tablespoon of flour;
  • Eight chicken eggs;
  • Vanillin is not more than 1/4 of a teaspoonful.

And what about all this? To begin with, the contents of the sachet with gelatin should be poured into cold water and left for twenty minutes.

Egg yolks need to be grinded with half the souffle taken for the souffle, and the proteins are placed in a separate bowl and soak them in the refrigerator.

Milk is poured in a thin trickle, and flour is also poured in with continuous stirring. The finished mass is placed on a water bath and, again stirring, bring the "dough" to a boil. After that, the mixture should cool well, so that the squirrels do not fold in it. The whitened butter is first mixed with a mixture (already cooled), and then vanillin is added. Blend well with a blender or mixer.

Gelatin is heated on low heat, so that the lumps completely dissolved. After that, it mixes with the whipped with sugar proteins. The last step is mixing the resulting creams. Everything, souffle is ready to turn into a cake in the form of a breast!

Cream Cake

A wide variety of creams are sold in the store, and you can, of course, use them to make a beautiful appearance. But if you are preparing a cake made of mastic in the form of a breast, then you should not waste it, because we "hide" the cream, since it is needed only to impregnate the cakes and firmly connect them with the mastic. Take the usual boiled condensed milk, you will need no more cans. Mix it with half a pack of good butter, which does not smell of margarine. Its sort should be sweet-creamy.

How to shape a "breast"?

Thin sheet of ready-made and still hot biscuit cut in half. Hot cakes should be in order not to break during bending, and in this condition it is more plastic. If I managed to cool down - it will crumble and can at the most crucial moment just break down. So, you should have two containers of a spherical shape, thanks to which you will get the same cake in the form of a breast. In each of them, carefully place the cakes, spreading on the walls. When the biscuit cools, it will remain the same shape. Corgi soaked in syrup or grease with cream prepared from condensed milk. Next, pour in each "breast" souffle, filling up to the very edges. Place the plates in the refrigerator for up to twelve hours. After this time, remove the billets from the containers and cover them well with a cream, then take them back to the refrigerator and wait until the cream has hardened.

Decoration number 1

Put the workpieces on the board and cut off the vertical pieces at one end of each so that the "breasts" connect. Put them on the dish in which you will serve. We begin to make out mastic, which was prepared ahead of time. Of course, you can buy it already ready, but we are not lazy and used to do everything ourselves! Roll out thinly, but not so that you can tear, the mastic flesh color and, pulling as necessary, distribute to the "breasts". Now roll balls of any color that will mimic the nipples, but we hide them under the "bra". Install the balls and roll out the black, red, or other color mastic. Cut it so that you can create a bra. Gently stretch the "chest", if desired, create a "pleating". Take the mastic, matching the color with the "bra", roll out, cut into thin strips and decorate the ruches. With the same ruffles on the edge, beautifully decorate the cake. "Women's Breast" is ready! You can serve to the table.

Recipe # 2

So, we are preparing a cake for a beloved man who does not like a souffle. To prepare the sponge cake, three times more ingredients will be required than we took for the cake according to the first recipe (with a souffle). We prepare the biscuit by the same technology, but when baking it will be necessary several times to pierce the cork with a toothpick or match. The beauty of this recipe is that you do not have to wait a long time until the cakes take shape and the souffle stiffens. Use the same cream, made from condensed milk and butter.

Second registration

Finish the finished cake and cut into four parts. This height will be enough to make a cake in the form of a breast. Each square is turned into a circle with a knife, the bottom should be larger, the others should also differ in size in the smaller side so that you can create a shape of the chest, overlapping them.

So, fold two "breasts", using for each four cakes superimposed on each other. Each layer generously blot with cream. Remove any unevenness to make the shape perfect. Top again with cream.

After the cream ceases to drain, start the design with mastic. You can use the same option that was suggested above.

Third design

You will need the same amount of biscuit that is used to make the cake according to the second recipe. If desired, you can prepare a souffle, but leave it to freeze in such a form that it turned out to be a thin layer, and from it, too, you could make cakes. Today we will issue a festive cake in the form of a breast for February 23 or for a birthday, using candles. You will need a wide, so as not to burn quickly, since only a wick will stick out of the cake.

So, we prepare round cakes and add them to each other, lubricating each with cream. When the process is completed, we measure the diameter of the candle and cut out suitable containers for it in each "breast". We insert candles. Mastic is cooked in different ways, but we prefer the simplest, so we prepare the decoration without unnecessary hassle. To do this, we will need two hundred grams of chewing marshmallow, which children love so much, two tablespoons of water, sugar powder as much as zephyr takes in the future, and food coloring.

Place marshmallow in a deep non-metallic container, add water to it. Cover and put in a microwave for half a minute. After that, take out and, gently sprinkling powder and dye, mix with a spoon. Continue until the mass thickens so that the spoon ceases to "obey." Wash the mastic hands, divide into balls and, packing in food film, put in the refrigerator. Roll out, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
