The system of activity evaluation allows to increase its efficiency. This applies to both the individual organization and the society as a whole. In many ways, the evaluation of activities depends on the behavior of the person who carries it out.

But in order to assess the quality of the work of any employee, it is necessary to find out what criteria will be used for the assessment. What is a criterion? In terms of terms, this is a characteristic of one or another activity, which, according to experts, is a kind of "standard". To implement the goals of both the individual and the entire organization, this standard must necessarily be achieved.
Classification of evaluation criteria
What is the criterion, found out, now we will try to figure out, on what grounds they are grouped. Depending on the breadth of activities, highly specialized and corporate criteria are singled out. If the latter should correspond to all employees or members of the society without exception, then the specialized ones are important only for a certain occupation or specific workplace.
The quantitative and qualitative criteria are distinguished by the subject of evaluation. What is a quantitative criterion? Its significance is extremely clear: based on the achieved results, it is possible to judge the timeliness and scope of accomplishing the assigned tasks. Qualitative criteria are somewhat more complicated. These include, first of all, the quality of the work done, which is often more important than the quantity. Also, to qualitative indicators can be attributed to the individual characteristics of the employee, determined by special tests, scales, questionnaires. Sociability, initiative, emotional stability will be of great importance for successful achievement of the set results.
Criteria of analysis: a view from the side
Finally, the criteria are divided into simple and integral. With the help of the above-mentioned subjective indicators, you can get information about the quality of work of any employee, about his behavior in the team, the level of conflict or other characteristics. Such criteria are considered to be simple. If the same indicator combines information about different aspects of the activity, we can talk about an integral evaluation. In other words, the integral criterion is a collection of simple ones.
