As practice shows, the topic "Separating soft sign" (2nd class) is difficult to understand and is not assimilated by all students for a long time. In this article, the order of studying the rule for spelling words with the separating "b" is available and described in detail, and examples of tasks for consolidating the acquired skills and habits are given.

The study of the topic is advisable to break down into stages:

  1. Statement of the problem problem. The words are written on the board: they are obezyan, pyt, korobi, clapping, vyug. Students are encouraged to read the words, to find out the discrepancy. As a result of reasoning, the students conclude that the proposed words lack a soft sign. Students indicate the presence between the consonant and the vowel sound of the sound [d ']. Further it is necessary to fix the extracted knowledge, using motor memory. With the help of the hands, students will show the way on which it is necessary to pass to some fairy-tale hero. Syllables, in which there is a separating soft sign, will designate hummocks. The route may look something like this: ty - nelia - pyat-sya. Next, you can arrange a competition among students to determine the most experienced rider.
  3. Observation of the proposed words (at night, sews, sons, Sunday, streams) will allow students to determine the place where a separating soft sign is required.

Rule: "Separating" should be written inside words after consonants before vowels I, e, w, e, and ".

For a strong memorization, the rule must be formalized as a reference table.
