Chicken meat can be cooked in a huge number of different ways and on this topic in the vastness of the Internet you can find a large number of tips and recipes. But how to cook a delicious and elegant dish from a chicken, while spending a minimum of time? This article will tell you how to create a real masterpiece, taking as a basis a recipe called " Chicken thigh in the oven."

The easiest way to prepare this dish is as follows. We take six or eight chicken thighs, rinse with water, let it dry a little and cover it with salt and pepper. You can also grind two or three cloves of garlic and grate them with pieces of meat - this will give our dish a piquant taste and a bit of sharpness. We cut a pair of small bulbs with rings and add them to the meat.

Now it remains only to put it all in a sleeve, put it on a baking tray and send it to a heated oven for thirty-five to forty minutes. Chicken thigh in the oven, cooked in such a simple way, are very delicate and juicy.

But you can bake chicken thighs in the oven in a "more sophisticated way", spending about the same amount of time. For this we will need pieces of chicken prepared in the same way, two large potatoes, two onions, two hundred grams of champignons, as well as salt and spices to taste.

Add salt and pepper the meat (in this process, you can add the lubrication with garlic), sprinkle it with a soy sauce and throw it on the hot frying pan for five to ten minutes until it becomes covered with a crusty crust. Then we shift the chicken into a baking dish and fall asleep on top of the chopped vegetables. Now we send our meat to the oven for twenty or thirty minutes, stirring occasionally and pouring it on the juice that has appeared in the baking dish. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and greens on a large grater. Chicken thighs in the oven are ready to serve. Garnish for such a dish can serve as rice or potatoes, and pasta, and as a sauce with the same success you can use cream, low-fat sour cream or ketchup.

It is important to remember that chicken meat is very tender and the thigh in the oven gives off quite a lot of juice. It can then be used as the basis for a sauce made from sour cream or tomato paste, or you can simply turn it into an appetizing gravy by pouring the meat on the table.

But chicken thighs in the oven can be turned into a real culinary masterpiece, if you spend a little more time preparing them. To do this, it is enough to connect a few "exotic" ingredients to the recipe described above. In this role, fresh apples, canned pineapple, dried fruits (perfectly suited for boiling dried apricots and prunes) and nuts can easily perform.

The way of preparing such a dish will practically not differ from the previous recipe - we prepare the meat exactly the same way and after the preliminary roasting we put it in a mold, but then it must be mixed not only with vegetables and mushrooms, but with apples, pineapple slices and dried fruits. If you like meat with sour, it can be poured with a small amount of lemon juice. Sprinkle ready pimples grated cheese in this case is not necessary - its taste may simply not be felt in such a bouquet of vegetables, mushrooms and fruits.

But too much to get involved in experiments in this case is not necessary - if you are not sure what combination of a component with chicken meat you like, you better refrain from adding it. To create a more acute "eastern" version of thighs, you can use more spicy spices and various spices.
