In a water bath or in a microwave oven, melt the chocolate and add it with cocoa and vanilla sugar to the remaining half of the dough, which is then put on top of the light. Carry out a fork with spiral grooves through both layers of the dough, creating a pattern. Bake in the oven for about 80 minutes.
