Location:

The second name of Mr. Vottovaara is Mount Death. Where is this object located? Look for interesting places in central Karelia, not far from the settlements of Sukkozero and Gimoly. Its height is not high (417 meters), which, however, is not so small for this region. From the point of view of researchers, Vottovaara is a mountain in Karelia, which is a large rock with a steep southern slope, which has a width of two kilometers. It stretched from north to south for 7 kilometers. The mountain is located in a remote place, surrounded by marshes and abandoned roads, built in Soviet times.

A bit of history

Approximately 9000 years ago on the place where Vottovaara (mountain) rises, a quite powerful earthquake occurred, after which a giant failure occurred. Thus, an amphitheater appeared in the center, covered with small lakes and rocks.

Scientists of Karelia believe that Vottovaara is a mountain, which is a unique geological monument. But in recent years it has become of great interest to followers of different mystical directions. As a rule, they claim that Death-Mountain (Vottovaara) is a place where evil forces are concentrated. Moreover, many sorcerers and sorcerers believe that the mountain is a bridge to another world.

Mount Vottovaara: information for consideration

Numerous sejd, which someone was erected on this earth, and gloomy marshes alternating with rocks, as well as chilling stories about shamans living on this mountain, contribute to the appearance of the most incredible legends. Often, local residents talk about allegedly seen in the UFO district.

Until now it has not been scientifically proven when and by whom numerous stone structures were built. The more likely version is that it is a creation of ancient inhabitants of Karelia, who knew the unusual properties of the mountain. Therefore, they used it to conduct religious rituals.

The slopes of the mysterious mountain are the stone terraces, covered with moss. Spruce and pines alternate here with traces of forest fires and old felling. The tops of the mountain are rocky plateaus covered with bizarre forms of trees of different heights. For example, old, age-old pines do not grow here above two meters. And the birches are twisted as if some unknown force had done it.

Seidas

At the top of the mountain, the area of which is about six square kilometers, more than 1600 stones. They are packed in some kind of mysterious order. Scientists involved in the study of this object, believe that this is the oldest cult complex - Mount Vottovaara. The information obtained as a result of the work of numerous scientific expeditions allows us to state that the stones that are in this area are seids. Such a name received cult boulders or fragments of rock. They are artificially isolated from the environment. In other words, the seid has obvious signs of human exposure.

On the slopes of the amphitheater, as well as on the highest point of the ridge, as well as on the slopes of the amphitheater, the densest concentration of sei is recorded. They are located mainly in groups of up to six pieces. The largest of them, weighing more than three tons, are installed on "legs", more precisely on several smaller stones.

Most of these structures are located on the shores of ancient reservoirs or on precipices. Seids surprisingly harmoniously fit into the overall relief of the mountain - somewhat fabulous, disheveled chaos, created by an ancient earthquake.

Trees

Almost every tourist is amazed at how the trees look on Mount Vottovaara. Why do they have such a bizarre shape? See: they are like twisted into knots. Local residents explain this anomaly with cold and strong winds on top. Nevertheless, on Death-Mountain, twisted trees grow in the neighborhood of perfectly normal plants.

"Stairway to Heaven"

Vottovaara is a mountain in Karelia, which constantly poses many mysteries to scientists. One of them is a ladder to the sky. The so-called thirteen steps cut down in the rock, which end in a deep precipice. Archaeologists and historians declare: the ancient tribes that inhabited these places did not have the "ladder" idea, as indeed other tribes did not have the "wheel idea". The question of what origin (artificial or natural) should be attributed to this design, at the moment has not received an official response.

Cult Complex

Wanting to unravel the plan of the architects of antiquity, modern scientists compiled a detailed plan for this complex. To their surprise, a clear figured composition (circular, square or spiral) did not appear on paper. The different age of seiids suggests that the complex probably formed for a long time.

There is a scientifically grounded version that Mount Vottovaara in Karelia is a grandiose cult place, which has no analogues anywhere else in the world, where sacrificial rituals were held for centuries. Scientists note that the Saami had two lines of beliefs - the cult of ancestors and the cult of seiads as patrons of crafts. It is important that among the Saami worship seidam was celebrated before the beginning of the XX century. This indicates that the complex could have been formed before this time.

Why Vottovaara?

Why is this mountain chosen by the ancient people as the most suitable place for ritual ceremonies? While scientists for many years have conducted their research, the rumor of the mysterious Vottovaar quickly scattered around the world. Fans interested in all the unusual and mysterious. The expeditions were pulled here by turns. And nowadays it's safe to say that the most frequent guests in these parts are psychics.

Every year, the most recognized wizards and sorcerers from Russia gather on the mountain. What attracts them Vottovaara? The mountain, according to the mages, has an amazing property - there is an amazing connection with the cosmos, which is not found elsewhere in Russia. This place has a powerful energy, which, like a battery, nourishes the powers of psychics. Often they call this mysterious mountain "acupuncture" point. Through it, our planet, as through the antenna, carries out energy-information exchange with the cosmos. It's not easy to check, so we'll trust professional mages for a word.

Scientists believe that the ancient inhabitants of these territories could know about such unusual properties of the mountain. This is the only way to explain why the "country of sacrificial idols" was located here.

Research

Many ordinary travelers believe that Mount Vottovaara (Karelia) has an abnormal effect on electronic equipment and mechanisms, as well as on the human body.
