Duty of a soldier in battle: the basis of a combined arms battle

Duties of the soldier in battle are numerous. And the role and significance of each military are great. After all, victory in battle depends on the successful actions of each soldier, the crews of combat vehicles and tanks, the calculation of mortars, guns, etc. But all this, again, is under the control of the military. And the outcome of the battle, of course, depends on their actions.

Basics

Before going to the details, I would like to talk about the topic in brief. Namely, what is a modern fight. The duty of a soldier in combat is determined precisely by his purpose. And it consists in inflicting a fire on the opponent and destroying it.

The means of modern combat are not just weapons. It's also a staff. Also, modern combined-arms combat has its own characteristics. Under them are usually understood its important features and properties, which, in fact, reveal the nature of the battle.

The main features are determination, tension, transience, high maneuverability, a variety of means used during the battle. But there are also principles. Every soldier must follow them.

All must be in constant combat readiness, show determination, high activity and continuously fight. The actions rendered by the military must be sudden for the rival. Also, soldiers and commanders must constantly and clearly interact with each other, calculate and agree on each step. The branch is obliged to provide a comprehensive battle and do everything possible to make it a victory.

Offensive

At this initial stage, each serviceman acts as part of his unit. The task for the offensive comes from the commander. The duties of a soldier in battle are to understand the landmarks, composition, position, and also the nature of the enemy's actions. Also, each military must identify the location of the rival weapons. Then he must determine his task, find goals for defeat. And, in addition, to designate the number of the tank, followed by its separation, the procedure for using fire and overcoming obstacles.

Before that, every soldier checks the availability of certain ammunition, as well as the serviceability of weapons - prepares him for battle. If training is conducted for an offensive that will be at night, then you need to carefully read the terrain, remember the identification marks that will help you navigate in the dark.

Preparing for an attack

All the above actions are carried out in order to defeat the enemy successfully. The offensive is followed by an attack. Prior to the announcement of the commander about its beginning, the military should not leave its place. And the duties of the soldier in battle before the attack are in the conduct of fire on the enemy. The commander gives the order after the tanks approach the initial position. As soon as the soldier hears "Branch, prepare for an attack!", He must quickly take several actions.

First, charge the weapons and prepare grenades. Secondly, attach a bayonet knife to the machine and set a sight. Thirdly, secure the equipment items in such a way that they do not interfere with its movement.

As soon as the tanks pass - the soldier puts his foot on a step or in a depression (whichever was prepared during the offensive), rests on the parapet of the trench with his hands and continues to follow the rival, preparing to leave the shelter at any time. And when the commander says "Branch, in the attack - forward!", He does it. The duties of a soldier in battle in this case - quickly, simultaneously with other soldiers, respond to the order, jump out of the trench (trench), and then follow the tank.

Attack

This is one of the most crucial stages. The duties of a soldier in battle, in attack, are extremely important, since the outcome of the confrontation depends on how well he handles them.

So, when moving to a chain, every military man should be equal in front and keep a certain interval. Parallel to this, he is obliged from the weapon to destroy the enemy's weapons (especially anti-tank weapons). Also, the soldier should be ready to point out the most dangerous targets to the combat vehicle, which most of all prevent the advancement of their branch.

When the fighter approaches the trench / trenches occupied by the enemy, he must throw a hand grenade there. The distance to the opponent's refuge should be about 30-35 meters. If there are surviving enemies, then the military destroy them with fire at point-blank range or with hand grenades, while continuing to move in the given direction - these are the duties of the soldier in battle. The charter also allows you to "finish off" the enemy with hand-to-hand combat techniques.

Actions in the infected area

Talking about the common duties of a soldier in battle, it is necessary to note the attention and how each military should behave if infected areas are formed on the battlefield. This is not uncommon. They are formed as a result of the opponent using weapons of mass destruction.

Therefore, during the battle every soldier must be as attentive as possible in order to notice such areas in time and report them to the commander. And then - to take all sorts of actions to successfully overcome the obstacle.

For this, soldiers, who are in armored personnel carriers, must wear gas masks. And in tanks and infantry fighting vehicles, you need to include a system of protection against WMD. After that, vehicles should move at maximum speed and in the direction where the terrain is the least dangerous for the military.

These are the duties of a soldier in battle. The military statute reads: the military must take all necessary measures not only for the successful outcome of the battle, but also for preserving his own integrity. Since every soldier is important and valuable.

If the military moves on foot or on open vehicles, they should wear respirators, protective gloves, stockings and protective coats. Gas mask - if the terrain is contaminated with poisonous substances. The areas need to be overcome by dashes, with the maximum speed.

Overcoming water obstacles

This also belongs to the soldier in battle. Briefly, we should note this topic. After all, in a military situation, employees have to overcome marshes, ditches, streams and rivers. And we must do it right.

It is not always possible to use wooden and inflatable landing craft, boats and other crossing means. If you have to overcome the water obstacle by swimming, you need to do it quickly and suddenly for the opponent, so as not to reduce the rate of offensive.

However, soldiers are obligated to do everything possible for forging equipment. Clear approaches and bed from stones, stumps, piles and other obstacles, fill funnels (or at least protect them), strengthen the slopes to the river and the muddy bottom covered with mud. If the flow is rapid, then it is necessary to stretch the rope through the river. You need to cross 1-2 people. If the situation is not critical, then part of the equipment and shoes are allowed to be removed and forwarded to yourself. When crossing the river, cuffs and winches the soldiers unbutton, pockets are turned out, pants unbuttoned and tied with trousers, and boots are laid for the waist belt. The machine needs to be taken behind the back or, as an option, put on the roll, previously letting the strap on the chest under the arms.

Overcoming mine-explosive obstacles

This obstacle is the most dangerous. As it was said before, the soldier's duties in battle are determined by the goal. And it consists not only in bringing the team to victory, but also in preserving the integrity of their own lives.

Mining explosive barrage of soldiers overcomes by running, moving behind the tank, according to the rut. Collapse is prohibited. Moreover, the soldiers, for security's sake, are obliged to move "footprint". Because otherwise there is a risk of hooked wire closers or stretch marks. Also, so that this does not happen, the soldier should raise and lower his feet vertically.

After overcoming the field, the division again unfolds into the chain, resuming the attack.

Shooting

The above is not all the duties of soldiers in battle. The execution of commands must be carried out according to strict rules. And, since the goal is to destroy the opponent, then the action is the same - shooting.

If a soldier is armed with a machine gun or a machine gun, then the fire on the run, he can lead with a butt to the side or to the shoulder. Or on the sly. In this case it is allowed to fire from a short stop or without it at all. Recharging of weapons is also performed on the go. Destruction of the enemy in the trench can be effected not only with a grenade, but also with a shot at the stop, with a bayonet knife or even with a butt impact.

If soldiers see the approach of a combat aircraft or a helicopter, they are obliged to open fire on air targets. It is conducted in a platoon or detachment, exclusively at a range of up to 500 meters (roughly). The fire can only be opened with the permission of the commander. Shooting soldiers are standing up, from the knee or in the lying position.

Trenches

Every soldier must remember that he must overcome the first trench without going down into it. Bursting into other trenches, the soldiers clear them in the direction that was assigned to the commanders. In this case, you need to monitor the provision of flanks.

Moving along the trench, fighters must quickly, in parallel using not only grenades and weapons, but also techniques of hand-to-hand combat (strike with butt, infantry shovel, hands and feet, and still with bayonet shots). To hope in this situation is possible only for their skill, since in this case the soldier finds himself in the lair of the enemy, which brings him maximum danger.

By the way, it's better to act in a pair. One soldier wields grenades, and the other destroys the enemies with fire. It is better to involve and the third fighter who will support them from above.

End of battle

The attack can be completed for various reasons. Sometimes the enemy decides to retreat. In any case, this is called stopping the attack. And even in such situations the soldier is obliged to act in a certain order.

First and foremost, fighters must take cover. So that the place could protect them from attack and fire. And at the same time, you can quickly open the target fire from there. Pulling an infantry shovel refuge, the soldier must make a single trench, designed for shooting lying.

In general, you can talk on this topic for a long time. But the fundamentals are exactly this. The only means that is effective in achieving victory is the coherence of actions and, of course, the manifestation of courage and intelligence.
