The simplest recipe for the preparation of catfish is quite accessible to all interested housewives, and not only having experience in preparing various dishes from fish. The fried catfish is an excellent fish dish, prepared which, even a beginner culinary expert will be able to feel like a Great Master and Master of Pans and Pans.

So, the recipe for fried catfish. There are very few components of this dish. This is a chilled catfish (a little more than a pound a kilogram), half a fresh lemon, a pinch of spices, a mixture of different peppers, two hundred grams of flour (one glass) and, of course, salt.

The garnish is prepared as follows: first, in a bowl, honey is mixed together with vegetable oil, vinegar and salt (about a quarter of a large spoonful of salt), then pepper and carrot are added and everything is mixed. Garnish in the form of a salad is ready.

Now the fish itself is in batter. In a non-stick frying pan fry on medium heat bacon (four slices) until a golden crust appears, take the toasted slices with a whisk and leave for a short while to stack the fat. On parchment paper, mix the corn (one third of the glass) and the wheat flour (large spoon), ground red pepper (slightly) and half a teaspoon of salt. The fat that remained from the bacon is heated in a frying pan and fry fish in it until you get an appetizing looking beautiful golden crust. Now the catfish can be got, put on a plate and sprinkled with sliced fried bacon. Serve with a salad prepared earlier.
