Interestingly and tasty is the preparation of honey cake, its decoration and, of course, its eating. Let's talk about how to make a honey cake yourself.

The recipe for honey cake offered by me can be varied by fantasizing with ornaments made from mastic, while receiving my own work of art.

Let's start making honey cake with the purchase of the necessary ingredients. First, you need to determine the stages of work, i.e. To plan how to make a honey cake and what is needed for this in addition to desire and time. Our recipe for honey cake consists of three components: you need to make cakes, cream and mastic, and then beautifully arrange everything.

Preparation we begin with a cake. It is clear, if the recipe for honey cake, then our cakes will be honey. First beat the eggs (3pcs) with granulated sugar (150g.). This process is easily performed by children. During the whipping process, it is necessary to gradually introduce butter (150 grams) and honey (150 grams). Send the mixture for half a minute in a microwave to allow a little to melt the candy. We mix the powdered sugar (2 tablespoons) into the mixture, kneading it until it thickens. Spread the powder on the table (1.5 tablespoons) and put a mixture on it. Mix the dough from the mastic and powder. As soon as it becomes soft as plasticine and begins to stick to your hands, divide the "dough" into four equal pieces. To each of the parts we add our own color of food coloring and mix it for uniform coloring. We will decompose these multi-colored pieces on bags, tightly wrap them and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.

The dough for the cakes can already be obtained from the refrigerator and turn on the oven for warm-up. We divide the total mass into 6 parts and roll each cake. On the rolling pin, we transfer the cake to the prepared baking sheet (sprinkled with flour) and send it to the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Repeat the procedure with each cork. Lay them on top of each other and trim the edges.

We take the cooked cream and pat them all the cakes. We put it on top and on each side of our cake and accurately level. We send the cake to the refrigerator to freeze the cream and get the mastic.

Spread one of its colors on the table with powder and roll it into a circle. The diameter of the circle should be 5 cm larger than the diameter of the cake, and a thickness of at least 3 mm. We get our cake and transfer the layer of mastic to it, covering evenly the top and sides of the cake. Lightly squeeze the mastic in the shape of the cake, and cut off the excess. The rest of the multi-colored mastic goes to the execution of the decoration elements. Here everything depends on your imagination. You can make leaves, flowers, fungi or beasts.
