"Sour cream honey cake"

To make a dough for this baking, you need three eggs, one glass of sugar, 100 grams of butter, two tablespoons of honey, one second of a teaspoon of soda, one spoon of vinegar, three to four glasses of flour.

To prepare the cream, take 800-900 grams of sour cream, one and a half glasses of sugar, one lemon.

So, connect the eggs with sugar and whip the mass with a mixer. Then melt butter and honey over low heat. Then combine the egg mass with butter and honey and mix thoroughly.

Extinguish soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough. Now gradually add the sifted flour and then knead the dough. It should be soft.

When the dough is ready, wrap it in a food film, and let it stand.
Next, divide your dough into ten pieces and roll it into thin cakes. If you want, you can immediately give the cakes a shape and bake them until golden brown.

Combine the sour cream with sugar, then add a little juice squeezed out of the lemon, and peeled on a melon grater lemon peel.

In the end, sandwich the cooled cream with sour cream, and before serving give the cake to drink.

Cake "Honey log"

You will need for the test: 80-90 grams of honey, two thirds of a glass of sugar, two or three glasses of flour, three eggs, a half teaspoon of soda.

To make a cream, take 480 ml of 15% sour cream, 250 grams of curd mass, you can curd cheese, kiwi.

Whip the sugar with eggs and liquid honey. Add the baking soda, pour in the flour and mix a soft plastic dough.

Divide your dough into three parts. Each of the resulting parts rolled on a table in a layer of rectangular shape, about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the strips in strips one to one and a half centimeters wide and spread so that they do not stick together when baking. Bake the strips in a preheated oven to 220 degrees before browning (five to six minutes).

Get out and, while they are hot, trim to the desired size. Similarly, do the rest of the test. To prepare the cream, add a lot of cottage cheese to the yogurt, mix. Form for baking cake cover with foil or film so that the edges hang. At the bottom of the mold, put a layer of cream, then the sticks and kiwis are sliced, then repeat the layers in this sequence to the very top of the mold.

Tip: Hard honey can be melt in a microwave, oven or water bath, and then allow it to cool to room temperature. But remember, hot honey has already lost all healing properties and can be used only in baking. In order for sour cream and eggs to mix better with honey, they should be at room temperature.
