Voices in the head: what is it?

Voices in the head are a sign of a mental disturbance of the human consciousness. In psychiatry, this symptom is a harbinger of some disorders of consciousness. However, not always voices in your head can be regarded as a disease, sometimes it is a normal state of the human psyche.

It is usually believed that when a person hears and talks with different voices in his head, either he is mentally ill or this is a psychic. Just, the second option and refers to the state of the human psyche, which is typical only for a small group of people.

Voices in the head can be different and can be identified by the subconscious of a person in different ways. For example, there are guardian voices that tell people how to act in a certain situation. Often, such votes save their owners from accidents, accidents and rash decisions. Often such voices in the mind of people are called intuition or the seventh sense, or they can call a third eye. In any case, no matter how they are called - they bring good.

In opposition to good voices, there are evil people who are directed to harm people. Very interesting is the fact that as soon as the "evil" begin to prevail and the person is physically injured, the patient immediately finds himself in a psychiatric hospital. We can say that the presence of an evil voice in the head is a certain criterion for hospitalization of the patient. After all, he not only becomes dangerous for himself, but also for the people around him.

Sometimes people hear unusual voices in their heads. These people call themselves psychics, shamans, magicians and sorcerers. In this situation, voices are dead souls or phantoms of people who can tell people the information they are interested in. Normally it is or not, from the point of view of psychiatry, no one can say. It is only known that psychics who can not fully control the process of communication with voices, soon find themselves in the next room with the owners of evil ones. In fact, psychic abilities are not only a gift, but also a great mental load, which not everyone can cope with.

Sometimes you can meet people who hear voices in your head before going to bed. This is not a pathology until this process does not violate the normal mental state of a person. If before a dream a person hears the voices of people with whom he has been communicating during the day, again and again scrolls some dialogues of the day he has lived, perhaps he recalls a negative conversation with his boss or his colleagues - this is called a stressful reaction of the body. Such voices are absolutely safe for a person and after a few days he can not even remember about them. But the situation when a person hears strange voices before going to bed every day, already speaks of the need for a psychiatrist's consultation.

Each of us, at least once in a lifetime experienced strong emotions and stress, after which, before going to bed, there is talk. We scroll through the head events and dates, words and phrases, but this does not mean that we are crazy.

Often people hear a buzz in the head. It's like a set of random sounds that are chaotically distributed in the head. A buzz in the head can be a consequence of the pathology of the vessels of the brain, the inflammation of the inner ear or its trauma. Sometimes the rumble in your head can be heard while being on the plane or too noisy place, but always the person understands that these are just sounds.

In psychiatry, a state is described where patients feel in their heads a set of sounds that are not associated with organic lesions. Sometimes such people regard hum as music or communication with the other world or UFO. This is already a mental disorder and requires observation and treatment.

All voices, sounds and conversations in our head are a game of the subconscious and illusions. It is necessary to treat them correctly, not to let them capture their consciousness, and develop a mental illness.
