"Tobrex" is a medicinal product used for the treatment of blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, keratitis, iridocyclitis. The drug is also effective for the prevention of postoperative complications in ophthalmology. The main form of the drug is ointment, which is placed in tubes of aluminum. It has a homogeneous consistency, white color.

The drug contains the following active substance: tobramycin. Ancillary components include anhydrous chlorobutanol, mineral oil, white petrolatum.

Tobramycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is part of the pharmacological group of aminoglycosides. The drug is safe for children, newborns. After applying the drug, it is recommended to press the nasolacrimal canal, to cover the eyelids.
