Technology of construction production

Construction - is a separate industry, where the creation of fixed assets, having production and non-production purpose is carried out. Capital construction is considered to be new construction, technical re-equipment, expansion or reconstruction of enterprises, structures, buildings, as well as major repairs. New construction - the construction of enterprises, structures and buildings, carried out under the project, which was originally approved.

The technology and organization of construction production also implies a process such as the expansion of an enterprise operating at a given time. By this, it is customary to understand the construction of second and other production lines according to a previously approved project, of new or additional complexes and production facilities, as well as the expansion of existing production facilities in the territory of an already operating enterprise or in adjacent areas.

The technology of building production also allows reconstructing an existing enterprise, carrying out a complete or partial reorganization of production, re-equipment, without engaging in the construction of new or expansion of existing production workshops. Here, if necessary, construction or expansion of service and auxiliary facilities is allowed, with the replacement of worn out and obsolete equipment. Mechanization and automation of production, as well as elimination of the disproportion in various services and technological links, are being carried out.

The final result of the implementation of a set of construction processes is considered to be construction products, which are understood as individual elements of the objects under construction, as well as completed buildings and structures. In the construction industry, the organization and technology of construction production are singled out, while each of them has its own essence and certain scientific bases. In general, a technology means a set of methods for processing or manufacturing semi-finished products or materials sold on the construction site during the creation of all the necessary products. The technology of building production sets itself a very specific task - to develop on the basis of production experience and modern scientific achievements new economically viable and efficient processes of a technological nature, and then introduce them. This area of applied science has a fairly wide coverage of the phenomena, work, processes, presented, representing a combination of two interrelated and sequential systems: the technology of manufacturing building materials with the technology of erecting buildings and buildings.

It's worth mentioning that the technology of construction production is a whole science about the methods of implementing construction processes that would provide processing of materials for construction, as well as ways to create structures, semi-finished products with changing their current state, sizes, properties to produce products of the required level. The term "method" in this case means the implementation of construction processes, which are based on a variety of ways of influencing with the use of effective tools.

In our country, the development of construction production is carried out on an industrial basis, which is based on the widest application of structures, building materials and parts of construction. Thanks to scientific and technical progress, there is a significant reduction in manual labor costs, and builders acquire new machines and mechanisms, as well as efficient mechanized tools. New technologies in the production of building materials allow achieving qualitative results. At the moment, the distribution receives monolithic and prefabricated monolithic construction on the basis of theoretical studies.
