Technical support of events is a whole complex of interrelated processes and elements used during a concert or mass celebration. The main task of specialists in this field is to ensure the correct arrangement and operation of stage constructions, sound, light, video projectors, etc. Technical support is considered a complex task, the success of which can be achieved only if the entire team of professionals that solve it is coordinated.

First, it is necessary to properly mount the entire set of stage designs, which are required for a spectacular and full-fledged show. At this stage, technical support includes the installation of towers for sound equipment, console, structures for hanging screens, decorations, banners, shields, stretch marks. In order to do all this, it is necessary to correctly plan the location of all of the above (taking into account the composition of the equipment, the capacity of the equipment, the surrounding space). And given the fact that the venue for a variety of shows are constantly changing, it's not easy to take into account all the nuances.

In this connection, technical support is a creative process, and even more - art. If you do something wrong, then the viewer will notice. One of the most important goals, the achievement of which must guarantee technical support, is a quality sound. It must be clean, powerful and harmonious to lie down in the surrounding space. Sound portals can be of two types: for outdoor sound and for a linear array. If a covered stage is used, then suspension bars can be used, based on two additional poles. The height and horizontal location of the acoustics, its power, frequency range should be pre-planned by sound specialists. Without this, installation never begins.

The technical support includes the installation of a control room (booths where the workplaces of the director for light and the sound engineer are placed). As a rule, it is placed in front of the stage at a distance of 20-25 m. Often it is placed in several levels, and at the top it is installed video equipment, driving floodlights, etc. Of no small importance in this case is the installation of fences, devices and communications for the supply and distribution of electricity on the site, power barriers, auxiliary structures (tents, tents). In addition, at the request of the event organizers, equipment for a laser show can be installed, light decoration of the entire playground is made.

At the same time, one of the factors that substantially complicates all this is the tight deadlines for the production of all the works. Without a well-thought-out organization of logistics, precise planning, installation of the necessary equipment can be threatened. In addition, a certain sequence of all works must be observed, since the installation of certain structures can only follow after the others have replaced them. It is necessary to take into account the energy potential: will there be enough available capacity, how to provide additional food. And we must not forget that all expensive equipment must be protected from theft and vandalism.
