For example, in Japan, the recipe for takoyaki is known not only to every cook, but to any housewife. And for Russians, this is an exotic product that many would like to try.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. First, the broth should be diluted in water, and then add to it eggs and flour. The mass must be mixed well.
  2. For cooking a special device is used, called "takoyachnitsa". In fact, it is a frying pan, in which there are several depressions in the form of hemispheres. Before use, it should be well lubricated with oil, using a brush for this.
  3. Each mold for 80 percent fill with a test.
  4. Then add slices of octopus, ginger and onions.
  5. As the product is being prepared, it is necessary to constantly turn with special sticks.

Finished products can only be put on a plate, pour with sauce and mayonnaise and sprinkle with dried tuna and onions. Such a recipe for takoyaki is very simple. It requires only imagination, the availability of products and a great desire.

Therefore, he must clearly visualize the steps that need to be taken sequentially, so that in the end we get real Takoyaki. The recipe with the photo in this case is an ideal option. The first step is to prepare all the necessary products on the desktop. This is 80 grams of boiled octopus, a bunch of green onions, 120 grams of flour, a tablespoon of red pickled ginger, one and a half cups of water, 1 egg, 35 grams of vegetable oil, and also salt, mayonnaise, takoyaki sauce, Aonori and katsiobusi (dried tuna).

Then everything is done strictly according to the steps:

  1. Boil the meat of the octopus and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Grind the onions and ginger.
  3. From flour, salt, eggs and water, prepare the dough.
  4. Takoyachnitsu put on a plate (or plug into a socket) and using a brush to treat it with oil.
  5. Partially fill the indentations in it with a test.
  6. In each cavity put in advance prepared crushed products.
  7. After a couple of minutes with a special wand turn each workpiece by 90 degrees.
  8. After a few minutes, repeat this action. As a result, each of the blanks should result in a ruddy ball.

After that, the finished products should be put on a plate, pour prepared sauces and sprinkle Aonori with tuna.

The name of popular Japanese fast food consists of two words: "taco" and "yaki", which are literally translated as "octopus fried". In principle, the prescription is the way it is. The dish really is a piece of boiled octopus meat, baked in a ball of dough. But as you know, any recipe sometimes allows you to admit different liberties. Mostly this refers to the set of products. Nevertheless, the form should be real takoyaki. The recipe at home can even look quite unusual.

Take, for example, the option for which it is necessary: for a kilogram of potatoes - 3 eggs, 300 grams of shrimp (peeled), salt, flour, vegetable oil and spices.

In this case, the work should be carried out as follows:

  1. Boil seafood for 5 minutes, pre-pouring water.
  2. To the peeled grated potatoes add the remaining ingredients and knead a measure of thick dough.
  3. The mass is divided into pieces, each of which is said to be a ball, and then broken into a flat cake.
  4. Place slices of shrimp in the middle of the blanks. After that, they need to be carefully rolled back into the ball.
  5. Semi-finished products fry in the oil evenly from all sides.

Of course, if the hand is a taco, then things will go faster and easier.
