The participant of KVN was noticed and invited to the humorous show "Kamedi Vumen", thanks to which the whole country learned about its existence. Then Elena retrained into a TV presenter, having managed to achieve success in this field. What more can you tell about her?

Elena Yushkevich: the beginning of the road

The future star "Kamedi Vumen" was born in Nalchik in 1981. With her father, Elena Yushkevich met in adulthood: Julio, a young man from Panama, fell in love with her mother when he studied at the Russian University of Peoples' Friendship. After graduation, he returned to his native country, the student's novel remained in the past. The meeting of the father and the already grown-up daughter took place in Panama, Elena also got acquainted with three stepbrothers.

In her school years, Yushkevich was actively interested in everything that was connected with Spain, she learned Spanish. She planned to associate her life with philology, so she continued her education at the Pyatigorsk Linguistic University, where she studied English and Spanish. However, to work as a girl did not happen, providence chose a different path for her.

Participation in KVN

Elena Yushkevich is the owner of a great sense of humor. It is no wonder, that even in student's years she began to participate in KVN. At first the girl entered the university team, then the beginner actress was admitted to the "Pyatigorsk team". The audience appreciated her stage role and manner of presenting the material, Elena's memorable appearance played an important role. Soon she became one of the leaders of the "National team of Pyatigorsk", experienced her strength in the role of the author and director of miniatures.

In 2004, the team Yushkevich won the title of the champion of the Higher League of KVN. "Team Pyatigorsk" scored a few more major victories, then went on a free voyage. Elena with pleasure took part in trips to the cities of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. This continued until the team broke up.

The image that Yushkevich used during performances in the "Comedy Woom", was coined when she performed in the KVN. She managed to invent a truly original name for her heroine - Elena Khul'evna Santa Maria Guerra. The character turned out to be bright and extravagant, the star itself characterized the image as "the embodiment of anti-sexual absurdity." She was never afraid to laugh at herself, inviting others to do the same.

Over the years of participating in the "Comedy Woom", Yushkevich has a lot of favorite numbers. For example, she celebrates her joint performance with Natalia Medvedeva, when they turned into Mexican artists and put on a sombrero. Fans of the show were disappointed when it became known about the departure of Elena. In 2012, the star refused to renew the contract with the channel, her goal was to create a solo project.

Life after the "Comedy Woom"

Cooking is a hobby that Elena Yushkevich does not change throughout her life. Not surprisingly, it was the process of cooking that the girl dedicated her solo project to. Culinary show "Cook-ha" immediately won its audience. Filming was held in various restaurants in Moscow.
