After entering the section on the deposit of additional settings, we use the button for copying the parameters, and in the new window, tick the two lines at the bottom and for the welcome screen, and for new users (this is optional), then save the changes.

Access to these settings is made from the parameters section that are selected in the Start menu, where you must enter the device section (second from the left in the upper row). After that, on the left of the window, select the input line, and in the right part of the window we translate the slider for automatic display of the touch keyboard to the on position. The parameters set by the previous methods will be applied automatically.

Note: the section of the touch keyboard will be available exclusively on the tablets, and then only after the activation of the mobile mode, but it will not get access to it on the laptop.
