So, to begin with we will consider the name of the dish itself - stuffed pasta "tubules". What are they stuffed with? You can stuff stuffed pasta with chicken, vegetables, minced beef and some other ingredients. You will need macaroni "tubule" to make this dish, and each of these tubes you have to stuff. The work is a little laborious, but the dish is worth it.

Prepare 15 pieces of pasta, grams 400 minced meat, about 150 grams of cheese, two tomatoes, one head of onions. To your liking, you can choose the right amount of mayonnaise, black pepper ground and salt.

Fry the mince in a frying pan until completely ready. For its frying, olive oil is best. While preparing forcemeat, cook the pasta in salted water for 5 minutes. Do not cook on high fire, because we need to cook them not to the full readiness, ie. They should not fall apart.

Mix the prepared minced meat with finely chopped onions, do not forget to salt and pepper. Pour each of the pasta tubes and put them in a baking dish, pre-oiling it with olive oil and pouring a little water into it. Cover the cut pastry with your pasta. Do not regret the mayonnaise for lubricating the top of this dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for forty minutes. You can serve stuffed pasta with vegetables or meat hot.

Another recipe for stuffed pasta. You will need the following ingredients: 10 pieces of large tubes, one chicken breast, a piece of onions, 150 g of mushroom-champignons, 75 g of hard cheese, parsley, pepper and salt to taste. To make a stuffed pasta "Trubochki" according to this recipe, you need the sauce "Beshamel". To do this you will need half a liter of milk, three tablespoons of flour and butter, salt.

So, champignons cut into thin slices, chicken (fillet) - cubes, cheese grate, and chop parsley and onions finely. Five minutes before the chicken is cooked, add the mushrooms to the pot with it. Then chicken and champignons cool, then mix it with cheese and parsley.

To make Beshamel, pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on a weak fire. In a frying pan, melt the butter, adding the right amount of flour, mix thoroughly. Gradually add the milk in a frying pan, stirring thoroughly. Then bring to a boil, constantly stirring. Boil the sauce for 1-2 minutes, no more. To prevent the formation of a film on the surface of the resulting sauce, add a few pieces of butter when the Béchamel is ready.

Macaroni cook not to the full readiness - they should not become very soft or fall apart. Start the pasta with chicken, mixed with mushrooms and cheese. Lubricate with butter and sprinkle with a breadcrumbs baking mold, put on it stuffed pasta "Trubochki", pouring them on top with sauce. Cover everything (can be foil), leave in the oven for 40 minutes. At a temperature of about 170 ° C.

You can fill stuffed pasta with vegetables instead of meat. For such a filling often use carrots, tomatoes, olives, peppers. All these vegetables are cut into small cubes, fried in a pan until soft. In this case, it is better not to cook from tubules, but from shells to prepare stuffed pasta. Vegetables should be filled, pre-cook pasta and let drain through the colander. Stuffed pasta, stuffed with vegetables, can be not only a purely vegetarian dish, if the vegetables are supplemented with minced meat.
