Spicy, sharp and simple salad can be rolled up for the winter. For these purposes, it is best to use a medium-sized raw bean, white or red. And since the jar we roll not one, then it needs to take a sufficient amount. How much - this is your business, the main thing is that the proportions are observed. For example, for each kilogram of legumes - half a kilogram of onions and as many carrots. But tomato paste is best to take natural, without any additives (better yet - cook it yourself from fresh tomatoes, especially in season they are inexpensive). You can do in a multivark. First, fry the vegetables, and add the pre-cooked beans in the finale, fill it with tomato. A little stew and immediately rolled into sterilized jars.
