Removable tinting of car windows is a trend that is full of pages of almost all car sites. And this is not accidental. The prerequisites for the creation of a removable tint were the toughening of responsibility for the tinting of the front car windows. If earlier for this violation it was possible to get off with a fine of 100 rubles, then after the introduction of the relevant amendments, the fine increased to 500 rubles. The reaction to this measure was the appearance of a removable toning.

Most garage services offer motorists for quite little money to purchase a removable tint for the car. However, you should not succumb to loud advertising posters and promises. Such organizations often use the cheapest material for making removable tinting in order to obtain greater profits. Therefore, many motorists choose the next solution to this problem - removable toning with their own hands. And really, doing it yourself is not so difficult. Let's take a closer look at how to make a removable tint.

Removable tinting with your hands.

For this we need:

- A-PET sheet. The thickness is from 0.5 to 1 mm, but the main thing is that it goes behind the seal;

- glass of glass;

- a tint film;

- knife stationery, scissors with high pressure, forcing out for smoothing the film.

The process of manufacturing will begin with the removal of the template. It can be obtained from any tint, but if it did not work, then it's easy to make it yourself. To do this, you can use a transparent layer of film for toning. Dampen it with soapy water and smooth it over the glass. Then trim neatly around the edges of the glass and seal. Instead of the film, you can use tracing paper and double-sided adhesive tape. The mold is ready.

Then we transfer the resulting pattern to Whatman and cut it out. After that, the curve can be modified on the car itself. The edges of the templates from the paper should be clearly aligned with the edges of the glass. After bringing the template to the ideal, transfer it to the plastic blank and cut it out. Cutting is best done with scissors for metal, so you leave less burrs on it. This process is quite tiring, but it is one of the most responsible in the entire manufacturing process.

After receiving the plastic part of the desired shape, proceed to pasting it with a tint film. This occupation requires experience, so it is worth buying a film with a margin. Glue preferably on the glass, taking care of the impeccable cleanliness of the workplace, since any barely noticeable dust under the tint film will eventually lead to a deplorable result. For immediate pasting, you need a sharp knife, forcing and a bulldozer with soapy water (you can use Fairy instead of soap).

Carry out rectangular patterns from the film according to the size of the pasted plastic, leaving a margin of two centimeters on each side. Then remove the protective layer from the plastic and wait for about 10 minutes until the static effect disappears. Next, we moisten the plastic with a soap solution and apply also a moistened tint film to it. Do not save on water and try to apply it evenly across the plastic plane.

After placing the film on the plastic, start the water outflow. We moisten the film from the outside and gradually begin work without pressure. Then we finish the process with strong pressure. It remains only to cut the film along the contour of the plastic. Do it carefully so that the film does not hang from the edges of the part, otherwise it will start to bully and depart. Similar work is done with the second piece of plastic, because the front glass is the same, you can use the same pattern. And so, the removable tint with my own hands is ready.

At the end of all work, you should wait a few days before using removable toning. Removable tinting with your own hands though it is a budget decision, but it requires material costs and labor, while the service life is very short.
