Recipe for the wings "Buffalo" is not known to every Russian culinary specialist. After all, this dish is very popular only in the US. It should be noted that the name of this dinner is due to the eponymous American city, which is considered the birthplace of these fragrant meat products.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Chicken wings fresh or frozen - 10-15 pcs. (By number of guests);
  • Odorless vegetable oil - for lubricating wings and baking trays;
  • Hot tomato sauce - 1/4 faceted glass;
  • Ground paprika sweet - 1 dessert spoon ;
  • Fresh butter - 85 g;
  • Aromatic cayenne pepper - 1 dessert spoon;
  • Ground black pepper - ½ dessert spoon;
  • Fresh garlic large - 3 teeth;
  • Wheat flour or breadcrumbs - 2/3 cup;
  • Salt fine iodized - add on personal discretion.

The recipe for the wings "Buffalo" provides for the use of chilled chicken meat. But if you could not find such a product, you can also purchase frozen components. You should give them a thaw, a good wash, and then cut off the dry ends and divide the rest of the meat into the joint by 2 parts.

Forming a dish

The traditional recipe for the wings "Buffalo" requires roasting the meat ingredient in deep frying. But this treatment will make the meat too fat and harmful. Therefore, we decided to move away from the usual way of cooking and bake chicken pieces in the oven. To do this, wings should be rubbed with a mixture of salt and fragrant cayenne pepper, and then dip into vegetable oil and roll in breadcrumbs (can be in wheat flour).

Heat treatment

To roast fragrant wings, you should take a large baking tray, oil it, and then gently lay on its surface all the previously processed pieces of meat. After that, the sheet should be put in a heavily heated oven and held for 35 minutes. In the process of baking, it is recommended that the flaps be turned once with a spatula. This procedure will avoid burning and make the meat more ruddy and roasted.

Cooking sauce

The recipe for the wings "Buffalo" necessarily includes a fragrant and delicious sauce that will make chicken meat more juicy and appetizing. To prepare this marinade, the following ingredients must be mixed in a bowl: hot tomato sauce, fresh butter, black ground pepper, sweet paprika and grated garlic cloves. All the ingredients must be mixed and slightly heated so that the cooking oil completely melts.

The final stage in cooking

After the wings are well fried, and the sauce is ready, they should be combined in one container and mixed well.

How to serve for dinner
