Sidewalk gutters can have a variety of colors. Often they come complete with tiles and are made in the same style as she does. Therefore, the finished pavement looks harmonious and attractive.

The drainage sidewalk, as already mentioned above, can also be made of metal or plastic. Both these materials have their advantages and disadvantages. Metal gutters are unusually strong. However, they are often not resistant to corrosion and are noisy. Such structures are often used not only to drain water from sidewalks, but also to protect them from rainwater from foundations, when installing drainage systems in suburban areas, and so on.

Plastic sidewalk gutters are not so strong, but much more aesthetic. In addition, they are not so heavily clogged with mud and fallen leaves, because their inner surface is unusually smooth. Plastic structures do not make noise when it rains and is easy to install. Such pavement elements can have a variety of colors, besides they are quite durable. As for the cost, it is almost the same for metal and plastic versions.

The installation of such a structure as a drain will not only prevent the formation of puddles on the sidewalk, and, consequently, increase the convenience of its use, but also prevent erosion of the base. In addition, the foundations of houses located in the immediate vicinity will also be additionally protected. Therefore, the use of drains seems appropriate. To buy and install such structures a lot of money will not be needed. Savings while using them can be more than significant, because repair sidewalks, especially tiled, will have much less.
