Inside, this medication is taken undiluted after 5.5 hours after a light supper. By the way, this preparation is often used for oral administration in capsules.

In some cases, the "Vinilin" balm is injected by means of a rectoscope (a special device intended for examination of the large intestine) or a syringe through a rubber rectal tube (for the implementation of microclysters).

In the rectum, this medication is administered with a pear (rubber). As a curative enema use either a pure drug, or in half diluted with fish oil.

When administered orally, the dose of Shostakovskiy's balm is 1 dessert spoon on the first and all subsequent days of treatment. The course of therapy can last for 17-20 days (for example, with peptic ulcer disease) or 11-12 days with gastritis with high acidity or severe heartburn.

As for "Vinilin" in capsules, this form of the drug is prescribed according to the following scheme: three capsules 5.5 hours after a light dinner on the first day of treatment, and all subsequent - five capsules. The duration of therapy is 18-20 days.

How does the enema use Shostakovskiy's balm? The instruction says that by means of a rectoscope this preparation should be injected with 20-40 ml each. With microclysters, use 20-30 ml of the drug for 10 days.

As for therapeutic enemas, they use about 100 ml of pure or mixed with fish oil balsam twice a week for a month.
