Salad with avocado and salmon

Benefits, naturalness and simplicity are the most important components of any dish. If you have little time, but there is a great desire to impress guests or, at least, indulge yourself with an original and at the same time delicious dish, prepare useful salads on simple recipes.

A few dozen years ago, such a strange but attractive fruit, like avocado, was considered an ordinary pear-shaped fruit with a high fat content. But today thousands of housewives use avocados in cooking various dishes, especially salads. Salad with avocado and salmon became quite popular . The recipe is simple.

For cooking, you will need:

- sweet pepper (1/2 pcs.),

Cherry tomatoes (about 7-8 pieces),

- Salad leaves (6 pcs.),

-small bunch of watercress,

- the handful of soybean sprouts,

-4 branches of cilantro,

-about 6-8 leaves of arrows,

A pair of tablespoons of olive oil,

- a little mustard, a clove of garlic, salt pepper,

-Avocado (1 pc.)

-Smight (slightly salty, about 150 g).

Having all of the above ingredients, you can easily prepare a salad with avocado and salmon.

The process of preparation of a salad is simple: carefully wash under running water greens and sprouts, then take the avocado, previously peeled, and gently cut in half to remove the stone. The flesh of the avocado is cut into small cubes. The same is done with sweet peppers, tomatoes and salmon (cut into small pieces). All the greens, lettuce and sprouts are finely shredded and mixed with all the ingredients of the salad in deep dishes.

For dressing, use olive oil, mustard and garlic (passed through the press). We mix this mixture thoroughly with a fork until a homogeneous mass is obtained, which will then fill all the components of the lettuce. Solim, pepper to taste, and a salad with avocado and salmon can be served on the table. It is recommended to decorate each serving plate with greens and tomatoes, or carefully lay out the salad with a "turret" to give a more refined look. Salad with avocado and salmon will be an unforgettable adornment of any festive and even everyday table.

Of course, the amount of greenery and its range can be varied to your liking. If there is no coriander, watercress or soybean sprouts, then it is possible to replace them with a large amount of lettuce or another kind of greens (which you can buy in any supermarket).

Salmon is not the only ingredient for salad with avocado. Quite often, salmon is replaced with tuna. Salad with avocado and tuna is famous among gourmets not only because of its amazing taste, but also by the quantity of vitamins and microelements useful to the human body. Most dieticians use a combination of tuna and avocado to strengthen the body and enhance immunity. The recipe is as simple as the previous one.

As greens for salad we use dill, red onion or parsley (again at the discretion). But instead of olive oil and mustard, you can use lemon juice, which will add spice to your fresh salad. Tuna and pulp of avocado or finely cut, or soften with a fork until a puree mass. The resulting mixture is mixed with greens, add spices to taste, and put on plates. Do not forget to decorate everything with greens or tomatoes.

In addition to the above recipes is also highly valued salad with avocado and celery. Given the calming properties that celery possesses, this salad is often recommended for people with increased stress at work. It is worth noting that these salads are not only easy to prepare, but also nutritious, so they can replace heavy gizzards for the stomach. It is also recommended to serve chicken meat with salad.
