  • Carrot small - 4 pcs .;
  • Bulbs of medium size - 3 pcs .;
  • High-calorie mayonnaise - about 200 g;
  • Sunflower oil (for frying) - about 2 large spoons.

How to form correctly?

Salad "Pechenkin" should be formed in layers. For this it is necessary to use an oval or rectangular dish with not very high sides.

First, put half the portion of boiled chicken liver on a plate. It is covered with mayonnaise mesh, after which add golden fried onions.

The next layer should be marinated cucumbers. They are also spread out in half. After that, put on the plate all boiled and grated carrot on a large grater. It is thoroughly smeared with high-calorie mayonnaise and covered with egg whites.

After the described actions in the salad "Pechenkin" lay the remaining by-product, fried onions and pickled cucumbers. In this case, each layer is abundantly lubricated with mayonnaise.

Finally, the snack dish is beautifully sprinkled with egg yolk. Outwardly this salad is very similar to "Mimosa".

How to serve to the dinner table?

Once all layers of the salad are laid out on a plate and smeared with mayonnaise, it is sent to the refrigerator. To soak the dish, it is kept in the cold for about 4-5 hours. Next, the salad is decorated with greens and distributed on plates.
