Salad "Sunflower" with corn and chips: cooking options

Undoubtedly, every hostess wants to submit to the festive table dishes not just delicious, but also beautifully designed. One of them is a salad "Sunflower" with corn and chips or other ingredients. As you can see from the name, the salad is made in the form of a sunflower. Petals can be made, for example, from slices of cheese or yellow bell pepper. Salad "Sunflower" with corn, chicken and chips

This is one of the most common varieties of lettuce, for the preparation of which the following products are needed:

  • Chicken (turkey) meat - 300 g;
  • Canned mushrooms - 200 g;
  • Sweet canned corn - 400 g;
  • Carrots - 200 g;
  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • Sunflower oil (for frying);
  • Leek or onion;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Dill or onion green (if desired);
  • Chips (any that have an oval shape);
  • salt and pepper.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Cooked and cooked and cooled carrot clean and grind, using a fine grater.
  2. Cut the fillet medium-sized, fry in oil until cooked, without forgetting to salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the leeks into half rings. If used, it should be finely chopped and held for 10 minutes in boiling water.
  4. Mushrooms finely chopped.
  5. Eggs grate (preferably shallow).
  6. Dill finely chopped.
  7. Prepared foods lay on the dish layers in the following order: fillets, carrots, mushrooms, onions, eggs. Lay the layers with mayonnaise. Cover the salad with corn and sprinkle with dill.
  8. Before you serve on the table, decorate the circle with chips. In advance, this should not be done, because the "petals" can get wet. For additional decoration of half a cherry tomato and tiny pieces of olives, you can make a ladybird.

To make a salad "Sunflower" with corn and mushrooms more spicy, onions are recommended to marinate. Mix in a few equal proportions a little water and vinegar, add a little sugar, salt and black pepper. After the salt from the onion boiled, pour it with the marinade obtained for 15-30 minutes, squeeze and add to the salad. Instead of pickled mushrooms you can take fresh. In this case, the carrots are not boiled, but are fried with mushrooms together.

Salad "Sunflower" with pineapple

Another salad "Sunflower" with corn and chips, but quite different in taste and composition from the previous version.

Products for cooking:

  • Corn - 1 pot;
  • Fresh tomatoes (better taut) - 5 pcs. Medium;
  • Pineapple canned (chopped) - 1 can;
  • Meat smoked chicken - 400 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Yolks cooked - 4 pieces;
  • Olives;
  • chips.

To prepare this salad, use a flat dish, which is laid out alternately the following layers:

  1. Diced meat, covered with a mayonnaise mesh.
  2. Peeled and diced tomatoes.
  3. Corn with mayonnaise net.
  4. Pieces of pineapple and mayonnaise layer.
  5. The yolks are broken.

Before serving, decorate the salad: "seeds" make from sliced olives, and along the edge insert "petals" from the chips. Olives for decoration can be replaced with pieces of chopped prunes or poppy seeds.

Salad "Sunflower" with chips and hard cheese

Required products:

  • Hard cheese - 200 g;
  • Champignons fresh (can be pickled) - 300 g;
  • Meat smoked chicken (can be boiled) - 300 g;
  • Onion - 1 large head;
  • Eggs - 4 or 5 pcs .;
  • chips;
  • Olives - 1 pot;
  • mayonnaise.

Sequence of preparation:

  1. Fry the mushrooms and onions until ready, using vegetable oil, cool.
  2. Finely chop (or break with hands) chicken fillet.
  3. Rub cheese and boiled eggs using a large grater.
  4. Lay the prepared products on a plate with layers (covering each with mayonnaise): fillets, mushrooms with onions, eggs, cheese. Then repeat the layers in the same order.
  5. Let it soak in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving, decorate in the same way as a salad "Sunflower" with corn and chips, including pineapples, or in any other way, at your discretion. But do not use as a design layer of corn, so as not to interrupt the taste of the ingredients that are included in this salad.

"Sunflower" with tuna

For those who do not like meat or mushrooms (and maybe both), a recipe will be useful, telling how to prepare a salad "Sunflower" with chips and tuna. To prepare the following ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 4 pcs. Medium;
  • Canned tuna - 1 pot;
  • Green onions;
  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • chips;
  • Black olives.

Preparation:

  1. Cook boiled and completely cooled potatoes on a grater (better large).
  2. Chop the green onions finely.
  3. Canned with a fork.
  4. Proteins and yolks separately, using a fine grater.
  5. Lay the prepared foods on the dish in layers, each with a mayonnaise: potatoes, onion, tuna, egg white, yolk (do not smear mayonnaise).
  6. On the top layer of the yolk draw a mesh mayonnaise, spread the sliced olives, before serving, insert around the edges of a circle of chips.

Instead of canned tuna for this recipe you can take the cod liver. Get an original and no less delicious salad.
