If we talk about the culinary discoveries of our people, which have become popular and loved not only in our native country, but also in countries abroad, we can say with confidence that Russian cuisine is no less authoritative than, for example, Japanese or French. Among our famous dishes - okroshka, soup, pancakes, pelmeni, and among the salads, oddly enough, - Olivier, without which it is impossible to imagine a festive table. But more recently, salad olivier serious competition is another easy-to-prepare salad - from crab sticks. Now it is also an integral part of the Russian feast. Almost every young or already experienced hostess prepares this salad and knows at least a few of its options. We will share a little secret on how to make a salad with crab sticks on his usual, simple recipe or add something to your ingredients. Such a creative approach will give you the opportunity to make a crab sticks salad delicious and original according to your own cooking recipe. In it you can add and boiled rice, and cucumbers, both fresh and light-salted or salted (you will notice how the flavor changes), hard cheese and Bulgarian pepper. Perhaps you will come up with something special, and this will become your culinary secret. But we will tell you how to prepare a salad of crab sticks with its usual food composition.

So, what we need to make it: crab meat or chopsticks, chicken eggs, a can of corn and onions, mayonnaise and greens: parsley, dill, celery or something else that you have chosen.

And now we will describe a simple process of cooking this dish.

First you need to prepare the products. Take the crab meat and chop it into small pieces. We put it in a deep cup or pan, so that later it was not difficult to mix the salad. While we are cutting crab meat or sticks, you can cook a few eggs. The amount you determine yourself, depending on how many servings count. After the eggs are cooked, they are cooled with cold water, cleaned and also finely chopped. We add the second ingredient to crabs.

Then open the can of corn, gently drain the liquid and pour the grains into the dishes with chopped eggs and crab meat.

Cut small onions into small pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

And that's all we needed for the dish. Now we carefully mix all the ingredients and put them in the refrigerator for a little cooling. After 10 - 15 minutes, lettuce can be filled with mayonnaise or sour cream, mix, salt and put in a nice plate. We decorate the crab sticks salad with herbs and serve them to the table.

For those who want to stand out a bit by the originality of the ingredients of the salad, we offer one of the options - a salad of crab sticks and beans. Its taste will be slightly different. Even the smallest addition of non-regular salad products will make the taste unusual and interesting.

Here all the same ingredients are used as in the ordinary crab salad: eggs, onions, crabs, a can of canned corn, greens and mayonnaise. Of the new products, only red canned beans are added. So, let's start the cooking process. Boil the eggs and finely chop them, just finely chop and bulb onions. All the mixture into a homogeneous mass. We will add the corn and the finely chopped meat of the crabs, freed from the juice. Stirring. The beans must also be freed from the liquid, washed with water and added to the rest of the prepared ingredients. We fill crab salad with beans mayonnaise, mix and decorate with greens.
