From the eggs we prepare the omelet, cool it and cut it into strips. Nuts are crushed by a crib or other suitable object. We extract the grains from the pomegranate. "Anastasia" with mushrooms and nuts

If you like mushrooms, nuts and prunes, then for sure you will like this recipe salad. This dish turns out simply magnificent, and it is not difficult to cook it.

So, we need the following ingredients: a pound of carrots, 20 walnuts, a pound onion, a kilogram of mushrooms (it's best to take mushrooms), 250 grams of prunes, vegetable oil, as well as mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste. If you use lean mayonnaise, then this dish can be used during fasting. If you do not eat this product at all, you can easily replace it with sour cream.

Mushrooms are washed and cut into small pieces. Carrots are cleaned, washing and rubbing on a large grater. Onions are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Prunes are soaked in boiling water, after which we clean from seeds and cut into strips. We remove the walnuts from the shell and crush them with a rolling pin or crush. Warm up the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the half-onion mushrooms over a medium heat for five to seven minutes, stirring constantly. In a separate speed, fry the remaining onion with the grated carrots for a couple of minutes. Add prunes and nuts to this mass. Mix well, salt and pepper. In a salad bowl, all the ingredients must be laid out in layers. First go mushrooms, on top - a little mayonnaise, then a mixture of onions, carrots, nuts and prunes. Above again lay out the mayonnaise. We send our salad for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. After which it can be served on the table. The cooking time of this dish is about 60 minutes.
