A polkilogram of absolutely any mushrooms should be fried in oil together with the chopped onion head until it is ready.

Boil the chicken fillet (about 400 grams) in salted water, and then pass it through the meat grinder. Also grind and fried mushrooms through a meat grinder. Combine the ingredients, salt, put your favorite spices.

Now you need to prepare the cheese, it will be outside the roll. To do this, put a piece of cheese weighing half a kilo into a culinary sleeve for baking or just a dense cellophane bag. Further, this package should be lowered into a container with hot water (not with boiling water). Wait for the whole cheese to melt and soften. Get the package out of the water and immediately start rolling the cheese right in the package. After it has cooled slightly, cut the package, releasing the surface to spread the filling.

Put the mixture of chicken and mushrooms on cheese and tightly wrap the roll of chicken, the recipe ends with the fact that the roll should be wrapped in cellophane and put in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

Cut the finished dish into slices and serve as a snack.

Roll of chicken with omelette

With chicken breast cut off thin layers of fillets. In the end, you should get four pieces. Each layer is rubbed with salt and seasonings. A simple seasoning "For chicken" is perfect .

In a chicken weighing about 1.2 kg, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces, put in a bowl.

Take six cloves of garlic, three of them cut into thin mugs, the other three to pass through the press. Put the garlic on the chicken. Add salt, add pepper and cover 20 grams of dry gelatin. It is very good to mix the ingredients and tamp them in a prepared juice package. The package is closed, you can use foil and clothespins for this, put it in a pot of water, the water level should be higher than the level of meat in the package. Once the water boils, make the fire minimal and cook the meat for one hour, pouring water as necessary.

After the due time get the roll and leave to cool, then remove it to freeze in the refrigerator. Ideally, a package with a roll should spend the night there. In the morning, cut the package, carefully get the roll and cut it into slices.
