The abstract, which must attract attention, should contain clearly structured and orderly information on the experience of the applicant. It is important to indicate the period of work at the previous place, the name of the organization, the direction of its activities, the position and job responsibilities of the applicant, the level of subordination (or the exact number of subordinates), as well as all the achievements that he had.

The final touch, which will complete the summary, is a set of recommendations. If there are people who are ready to confirm your high qualification and work experience, you should turn to them for the characteristics. Perhaps this is what will become the last straw, allowing the employer to fully appreciate you.
