Resume of the manager on the personnel. Tips for drafting

Every person in his life is faced with a job search, and the first thing he has to do is write a resume. It would seem that there is nothing difficult in this: to list the places of work, duties, and contacts to leave. But, despite this, applicants manage to compose a resume that is unpleasant even to read, and not what to consider for any vacancy. In this article, we will tell you how to properly write a resume for a HR manager.

General information. What should be the questionnaire?

Before I tell you about the correct design and filling of the resume, I would like to note that it is not necessary to vaccinate potential employers. Try to be extremely frank and do not withhold information. The CV of a HR manager, like any other, should contain the name, first name, patronymic of the applicant, his contact details, so that the employee can contact and invite to the meeting or clarify any data (it is desirable to have several contacts: mobile phone number, address E-mail, Skype). The second part of the questionnaire is the wishes for work, namely:

  • The title of the position (in this case it is the resume of the HR manager).
  • Wishes about wages (you do not need to specify this information, you can also write down "by agreement" instead of numbers).
  • Desired work schedule (five-day workweek, two after two, rotational method and so on).

The third part of the resume of the manager on personnel management Should contain information about education. That is, you need to specify the educational institution in which you studied after graduation. It can be a college, an institute, an academy. Obliged to specify the years of study, the form (full-time / part-time), the faculty and the name of the specialty received. If the educational institutions were several, then indicate everything.

In the fourth part of the resume of the HR manager, it is necessary to indicate the previous places of work. Namely:

  • The name of the company in which you worked;
  • work period;
  • Duties that you performed.

If you specify all that you had to do at previous jobs, write as much as possible. On this need to make a special emphasis. If you send CV for a vacancy, knowing in advance what requirements there are, then it is necessary to allocate it.

Example of a resume for a HR manager. Duties at the previous place of work:

  • The selection of personnel (interviews, work with university students, the formation of a staff reserve);
  • Adaptation of employees;
  • Organization and conduct of trainings;
  • Maintenance of personnel work, documentation, personal files of employees ;
  • Organization of training, testing of employees;
  • Co-ordination of personnel development measures;
  • Analysis of the labor market, the study of the need to increase the staff, the search for new sources of personnel.

In the fifth part you have to indicate your professional skills. In this case it is:

  • Knowledge of the techniques of conducting interviews (you can list them);
  • Knowledge of the RF legislation;
  • Experience with HR documentation;
  • Knowledge of technology management personnel.

Also specify personal qualities: diligence, organization, sociability, ability to make contact.
