A small institution "Rico" - a restaurant that specializes in cooking dishes from fish and seafood. It is located near Moscow, on the Ilinskoe highway. The owner of the restaurant is Arusya Ghukasyan, who has been fond of cooking for about five years, constantly travels and studies the cuisine of different nations of the world. It is difficult to imagine that with such a love for cooking dishes by profession Arusya is not a cook. But she is very fond of fish and seafood, so it is not surprising that the restaurant specializes in this category of products.

In 2012, Arusya became a participant of the famous Russian television project "Infernal Cuisine", where she received an invaluable experience of culinary skills. After participating in the project, she was invited by the developer of the menu for the restaurant "Shchisliva", but the cooperation failed because her opinion did not agree with the idea of the ideal menu of the owner of that restaurant.

Only after that Arusya Gukasyan thought about creating a unique restaurant where every guest can see what his food will be made from, where there will be a menu with democratic prices, and every visitor will leave contented. After much thought, there was an idea to create Rico - a restaurant, reviews of which will soon make the institution famous.

Interior

Inside the restaurant Rico is decorated simply, without any frills. In the institution there is only one small hall, in which there are only six tables. The lighting in the room is slightly muffled. The walls of the institution are made in white and blue tones, there are several paintings on them. In the hall there is one large zarkalo, edged with a silver frame.

Right in the hall there is a refrigerator in which seafoods lie, from which guests can choose the ingredients from which their dish will be cooked.

In the warm season in the institution opens a summer playground.

The Rico Restaurant offers snacks (prawns in ginger sauce, mussels in wine pairs, scallops, squid, octopus), main dishes (sea tongue, mullet, prickly king crab, sea tongue) and several kinds of delicious desserts (biscuits with sage, Semifredo "," Tiramisu "). In addition, it is possible to prepare vegetable assortment and meat (lamb, beef) - this is done in order to make a small variety in the menu.

The bar is small. It includes several types of beer, mineral water, refreshing lemonade from fruits and herbs.
