Recruitment. What documents are needed for the device to work?

Work should not only be loved, but also bring income. In some cases, someone is lucky, and these two factors find a place in one job. But before you work and benefit yourself and others, you need to observe the formalities and properly take shape. What documents are needed for the device to work? Basic Documents

Registration of employment begins with the collection of basic documents. Such documents include:

  • The passport of the Russian Federation;
  • SNILS (at the initial job placement, if the applicant did not have a certificate before, the document is issued by the personnel department);
  • Military ticket (must only be liable for military service);
  • Diploma of education or certificate;
  • employment history.

  • Characteristics from the previous employer;
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (it is not allowed to demand it, since not all citizens register it);

Stages of the device

Wages, a schedule of work, possible compensations, guarantees and additional conditions are also prescribed. The document is made in two copies, the signatures of the parties and the seal of the organization are obligatory.

Important nuances

Each labor agreement must contain information about the existence of a probationary period in the organization.

In order not to violate the law, every employer should know that there are categories of citizens who can be hired without passing a probationary period. These include:

  • Persons under the age of 18;
  • Pregnant women and women with children under the age of 1.5;
  • Graduates of higher educational institutions who are employed for the first time in their specialty.

If a woman waits for a child and gets a job, first, she has no right to refuse, and secondly, she must submit a certificate from the medical institution and only in this case will be released from the probation period.

The trial period is specified in the contract only at the time of its conclusion, it is strictly forbidden to enter information later. You can not extend the probation period, but you can finish it earlier if the manager believes that the employee is coping with the work.
