String beans with eggs - simple and tasty

Beans are a very nutritious product. A separate line among its many varieties is the string bean. It has a more delicate texture, is prepared quickly and pleasantly to taste. The most common way to prepare it, is a string bean with an egg. However, despite all the simplicity, there are a large number of variations of this dish. They depend on the ingredients used.

Let's take the easiest way to make a kidney bean with an egg. To do this, do not necessarily pre-cook the string bean. It has a delicate taste, and so you just need to give it a little bit of boiling water. For young pods this will be enough. But if you still want to boil it, then the cooking time should not be more than 5-7 minutes. Then we throw it back to the colander, letting excess liquid drain. Spread the beans in a frying pan with the addition of butter, and lightly fry. Then beat the eggs and fill them with our dish. Salt and pepper should be at your discretion. You can also use any seasonings. Cover the frying pan with a lid and wait for the green beans with the egg to be ready.

You can slightly complicate the recipe. For this, cubes cut fresh tomatoes and onions. Fry them in a frying pan. Next we add a string bean to them. For convenience, you can cut it in small pieces. All the ingredients are stewed, salt and sprinkled with any seasonings. After that, drive in the eggs and mix. Sprinkle with the top greens. Stringed beans with eggs and vegetables are ready.

You can cook a dish of beans and in the oven. To do this, it must be washed and cut into pieces. Then boil 5-7 minutes in water with the addition of salt. At this time fry the chopped onions in small cubes in a frying pan. For roasting we use olive oil. After that, add to it diced Bulgarian pepper and boiled beans. Then we pour into the frying pan finely chopped tomatoes and chopped greens. Mix everything, add any spices and salt to taste. Then spread the vegetables into a mold and fill them with eggs mixed with sour milk. We send everything to the oven and bake until a beautiful, golden crust appears on top.

You can prepare a light salad, which will include green beans and eggs. For this, 200 grams of green beans are boiled in salt water. The cooking time is minimal (5 minutes), so as not to digest and preserve useful properties. Eggs, too, boil hard. Cut into a salad bowl with small pieces and eggs in cubes. Add to them diced Bulgarian pepper. Then let the salad be salted and peppered. After that, pour it with mayonnaise and mix. It is a quick and very useful salad.

For those who like original dishes, we offer an unusual recipe. To do this, boil the beans in slightly salted water and discard them in a colander. Separate the proteins from the yolks in different bowls. We beat the yolks and add salt, greens, any spices, a little flour and whipped whites. Then we bind the bean pods in several pieces. To do this, you can use pigtail cheese or just chop them with toothpicks. Next, dip each bundle into the prepared mixture and fry in a pan, with a few spoons of vegetable oil. Serve with sliced vegetables or meat.

When cooking beans, you can use any ingredients. Very well with it combine meat products and vegetables. You can fry the blanched beans, then add to it a smoked chicken breast, any vegetables and pour eggs. A few minutes before full readiness, you need to sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and cover with a lid so it melts. Before serving decorate with greens.

String beans with eggs are a wonderful dish for breakfast.
