Chicken with oranges - it's quite an original and beautiful dish, which is great for both everyday table and festive. Thanks to the presence of citrus, the dish is very juicy, soft, has a piquant taste and delicate exquisite aroma. I offer you three simple and delicious recipes, with which I like to treat my relatives and friends.

Chicken with oranges

Necessary ingredients: one medium chicken, four oranges, five cloves of garlic, pepper and salt.

Preparation. Chicken is well washed, if there are insides removed, rubbed with salt and sprinkled with pepper.

Mine oranges and cut them into thin slices. If desired, you can peel the citrus peel.

Now we proceed to the most important and difficult part. We need to place the oranges under the chicken's skin, and we need to do this as carefully as possible. We cut the skin with a sharp knife in several places and put the finished circles. On each side, six oranges of orange can fit perfectly.
Purified garlic is cut into plates and put into chicken. If left oranges we send them on the trail for garlic.

Now take the twine or a very strong thread and tie the chicken legs.

Preheat the oven, lay the bird on a baking tray and set to bake at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Chicken with oranges in the sleeve, baked in the oven

We need: 700 grams of chicken pulp, onion, 50 grams of lemon juice, orange, five potatoes, a glass of boiled water, a glass of sour cream, spices, pepper, salt.

Preparation. Chicken cut into medium pieces. Bow finely shinkle half rings. From the lemon in a bowl squeeze out the juice, and pick it in it for about 15 minutes.

With the orange peel and cut it into half rings. Potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut in the same way as citrus.

Over the meat lay out the orange, then the potatoes and the onion marinated in lemon juice. Pour into the sleeve water and lemon juice. We carefully tie the second side of the sleeve, lay it on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven for about forty-five minutes.

We remove the prepared dish from the oven, spread it into a frying pan, add a little sour cream, mix and stew for about five minutes.

Now the dish is ready and you can serve it to the table.

Chicken with Oranges and Honey

Necessary ingredients: medium chicken, half a cup of liquid honey, two oranges, half a lemon, a spoonful of olive oil, a teaspoon of turmeric and coriander, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.

Preparation. Chicken is well washed under cold water, soaked with a napkin and rubbed with salt and pepper.

From one orange squeeze juice, add to it honey, olive oil, turmeric and coriander. With this fragrant mixture we rub the chicken outside and inside and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours.

After that, we put it in a mold and pour the remaining mixture. On top of the chicken lay out the circles of orange and send the baked in a preheated oven.
Bake the dish for about an hour, until the appearance of a ruddy and delicious crust. During the cooking, we pour the chicken with the juice from the mold.

We decorate the prepared dish with herbs, lemon ringlets.
