Rainbow trout - the queen of any festive feast

In our great and mighty Russian, the epithet "red" often means not only a fragment of the color scale, but also an extraordinary, royal beauty, the importance of the phenomenon and the object that was endowed with this color. In this regard, delicatessen fish is not only called red for color, besides it is rich in very valuable nutritious elements, excellent taste properties and is considered a rather important component of the diet for any person who tries to adhere to proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

Red fish (salmon, rainbow trout) always becomes the king of any festive table - few will refuse a beautiful sandwich with a red fish with a sprig of parsley. Red fish is recognized as a true Russian food, although we do not all know about this delicacy fish. Of course, it is delicious and nutritious, however it is not all that one can say about it good.
The key advantage of such a fish as rainbow trout and salmon can be called the presence in them of unique substances - fatty acids Omega-3. The level of cholesterol in a person's blood comes back to normal only when these acids are enough in our food. More often, trout are sold fresh only in large hypermarkets, and in ordinary stores you can often find frozen fish. It is recommended to cook fresh trout, since having bought a frozen trout, you can not be sure how much it has already lain on the counter before freezing. A fresh one can be considered, sniffed and made sure that this is the perfect specimen that was caught recently, and it will decorate your present table. Trout rainbow is perfectly combined with lemon juice and vegetables, especially if it is baked in the oven.

So, today we are preparing trout for a super-recipe, which is passed from generation to generation for many centuries, as this delicious and incredibly tasty dish turns out to be the focus of attention at any event for which it is cooked. Take two juicy steak trout, carrots, onions, lemon juice, spices for fish. Steaks thoroughly washed under cold water, then gently dry with paper towels and make sure that the fish do not remain wet pieces of paper. Sprinkle steaks with spices and leave in a cool place for a couple of hours, so they are well soaked. Carrots of medium size are rubbed on a large grater, we spread it on the bottom of the mold, where the fish will be baked. Onions cut into half rings and spread on carrots. Further we put steaks, we water them with juice of a lemon, we cover a form for baking with a foil. Trout is baked in the oven for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. A ready fish can be sprinkled with herbs for your taste, and you should serve with stewed vegetables. Believe me, this extraordinary dish will conquer the one for whom you will cook it - before the aroma and taste of rainbow trout baked in the oven, no one could resist.
