In the pot, put slices of potatoes and pour 800 ml of boiling water. There are also originally placed cucumbers. At low heat, they will have to cook for about 10 minutes. Only after the soup is added stew, tomatoes, spices and fried carrots with onion. However, if the taste of rassolnik is not what you would like, you can pour brine into it. In this form, soup is cooked for another 10 minutes. Then the fire is turned off, and green is added to the pan. Serve rassolnik with stewed with fresh and fatty sour cream.

Baked casserole

Dishes from stew prepared quickly and easily, that even men will cope. It's not for nothing that there is a very original recipe for a bachelor's casserole, for which you will need a can of stew (good fat, pork option), a kilogram of potatoes, a couple of onion heads, butter, 2 eggs, and grated cheese, breadcrumbs (you can make it yourself with a blender) , Mayonnaise and pepper and salt.

Potatoes are boiled (already without peel). While this comes from the stew, you get a little fat and fry the chopped onion, which is sprinkled with pepper, salt and croutons. Add all the stew here. Thus, this mixture must be brought to a boil.

Once the potatoes are cooked, mashed potatoes are made from it. At the same time, a little salted potato broth, butter and jelly, which was in the stew, interferes there. Half of the resulting air mashed potatoes are placed in a greased and breaded shape. Then follows the layer of stew and, finally, the second half of the puree is sent to the mold.

You can cook the casserole in the oven and in the microwave. Therefore, the form goes there for 10-15 minutes. While preparing the casserole, in a separate bowl you need to beat up mayonnaise, eggs, salt and various seasonings. With this dressing, a hot casserole is poured from above and specially made in potatoes with a knife or fork to fill all the layers of the stew. As soon as the casserole does not look "liquid" and the sauce grinds a little, it sprinkles with grated cheese and again goes to prepare, until the cheese turns into a pleasant golden crust.
