Plastic waterways: types and selection criteria

Once upon a time, mankind invented such a thing as plastic rainwater receivers. They are widely used in private yards, just on the streets of big and small towns, in the districts of enterprises and factories. There are many varieties and interpretations, but their main function is to collect rain or meltwater, as well as other liquid wastes that are on the sidewalks or drain off the roof. Often, plastic drainpipes are connected to a drain pipe through which all liquid and melted snow enter into them.

As already mentioned above, this find of mankind has many varieties. Depending on the location, the type of water intake, its dimensions, mass and endurance are selected. After all, some grilles are mounted in private yards and are connected to a drain pipe, others are located directly on the roadway, others - on sidewalks and malls. And also they must be mounted near factories and plants, where it is necessary to adhere strictly to safety rules.

All plastic water inlets are made of an adapted material, which withstands the weight and dynamics of a passing car. They are divided into four categories, which differ in terms of load class, total weight, size and other parameters. For example, the 300x300 plastic water inlet is suitable for load class A-C and has a mass of 2.5 kilograms. This is one of the most common containers, so it can be found both in the city and in a private courtyard. After it, tanks with parameters 400 x 400 and 550 x 550, with a weight of 3.5 kg and 7 kg, respectively, follow. Most often they can be seen in the area of factories.

Plastic drains are always connected to a sewage canal. Water, getting into them, is first located in a small container, which is located under the main grate, and then is removed to the common pipes. Often, along with the liquid, street rubbish gets there, which can be stuffed onto the walls of the container and rot. These tanks are equipped with special filters, and the employees of the housing office must certainly clean them. Plastic rainwater receivers, which are located in private domains, operate on the same principle, and for their purity the owners themselves must follow.

It is also important that the grating, which is a kind of "lid" of such a system, is tightly fixed in its place. There should be no locks or clamps, it is simply necessary that the edges of the protective part and the tank fit tightly to each other. If this condition is taken into account, any plastic receiver will serve you for a very long time. The price for it will depend on the size and features of the material, but in any case, this indicator will remain acceptable and affordable (the cost varies within the range of $ 10-100).

The basics of irrigation were laid by an ancient people like the Sumerians. Those people understood that it is important not only to competently supply water to the city, but also all the unnecessary out of the "pull out". Therefore, when choosing plastic water receivers, you should pay attention to their quality, shelf life and the material that underlies the entire design.
