Pepper stuffed, recipe for every taste

For stuffing peppers, you need to choose large, undamaged red and yellow pepper fruits, this affects the taste of the prepared dish. You can, of course, use green peppers, but they are less delicious and mouth-watering.

Begin to prepare pepper stuffed, the recipe of which can be any, always the same. In the beginning, the peppers themselves are treated, they are cut in half or cut only the lid on top. Then remove all the septums and entrails, so as not to be bitter and boil a little in boiling water, so that they become softer and mincemeat inside cooked evenly and quickly.

Rice for the filling should be boiled in advance for 10 minutes, half cooked, cooled, salt and pepper to taste. These small culinary tricks will save your time, and the dish will be juicier and tastier.

There are many recipes for preparing stuffed peppers, but conditionally they can be divided into three large groups:

  • Pepper stuffed with meat stuffing
  • Pepper stuffed with vegetable filling
  • Pepper stuffed with mushroom or cheese filling

It's simple enough, you can quickly and deliciously prepare pepper stuffed, a recipe with meat stuffing.

During the preparation of the filling, use 1 kg of peppers: 700 g. Minced meat, 1 cup of boiled rice, pre-passaged vegetable oil finely chopped carrots and onions, 2 eggs and spices. Stir the mixture thoroughly and fill it tightly, but without a slide, peppers.

Stuffed peppers densely to put in a pan, to fill in with water, in which peppers were pre-cooked so that the water is not covered completely with peppers and cook for 30 minutes. Then in each pepper put a piece of butter, on top - finely chopped fresh tomatoes and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Finished peppers put on a plate, pour over the sour cream and greens. It turns out a very tender, soft and juicy dish, you lick your fingers!

Instead of a tomato, you can use tomato paste, and in mincemeat add 1 tbsp. L mayonnaise instead of eggs, chopped garlic. The taste will be completely different, so experiment and find your favorite recipe.

Another interesting way how to make a stuffed pepper, the recipe of which can be modified to your taste and taking into account the habit. Firstly cooked, peeled seeds and washed peppers lightly fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Then prepare the filling. To do this, mix 0.5 kg of minced meat, 3 tbsp. L dry rice, passaged carrots and onions, add spices, and then gradually mix in minced chopped 2 cloves of garlic, grated 2 tomatoes without peel, 1 tbsp. L Tomato paste, greens, ½ tsp. Sahara.

Prepared minced meat is densely filled with peppers and put in a saucepan or a pan with a thick bottom. Pour all the sour cream sauce, for the preparation of which you need to take 1.5 glasses of water, 200 gr. Sour cream and 3 tbsp. L tomato paste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, salt and pepper. Cook for about 40 minutes over a low heat. Then turn off and let it brew for 10 more minutes. This will add a piquancy and a specific flavor to the ready-made dish.

For lovers of lean dishes you can cook pepper stuffed with vegetables, the recipe while you can change and get different tastes even such a simple dish.

As a stuffing to apply grated potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, carrots, instead of rice to use ready-made pearl gruel, you can add mushrooms. The peppers themselves should be baked in the oven to a soft state for 15 minutes. Then fill the filling, sprinkle the top with cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.

A very beautiful, tasty and soft dish is obtained if you cook the pepper stuffed, the recipe of which provides eggplant in the form of minced meat. It would seem that a strange combination of pepper, tomato and eggplant, but they give a kind of zest to a ready-made dish that looks beautiful even on a festive table.

For the dish you need 8 eggplants, 5 tomatoes without the skin and 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped and passaged in vegetable oil for 20 minutes. Add salt, sugar, pepper, herbs and spices and mix thoroughly. Then cook the sauce from 3 tomatoes, salt, sugar, bay leaves and spices, which must be put out in a frying pan under the lid for 15 minutes. Stuffed peppers in a form, pour sauce, cover with foil and put in the oven to bake until cooked.

For a festive table you can use sweet pepper, recipes of which do not even provide for heat treatment. If you take a few peppers of different colors, fill them with stuffing, chopped in a blender of grated cheese, butter, pressed garlic and greens, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours, you can prepare a nice and healthy snack. Chilled peppers are cut perfectly with a knife on thick rings, nicely laid out on a plate and sprinkled on top with fresh herbs.
