As a result, the dough will rise slightly and become lazy. It needs to be stirred and kept in a warm place for about 10 minutes.

Add the whipped whites, mix everything and begin to fry the pancakes. Fry the frying pan with oil and use a ladle to pour the dough onto it. When the pancake edge becomes golden, and the surface - holey, it needs to be turned over. Serve with sour cream, cottage cheese, jam, etc.

Fresh pancakes

Ingredients: flour (1/4 kg), sugar (50 g), two pinch of salt, 1/3 pack of butter, milk (slightly more than half a liter), vegetable oil, 5 eggs.

Cooking method:

To make delicious pancakes, you need to beat eggs and add them to a bowl with flour, sugar and salt. Heat the milk (one and a half cups), in which to melt the butter. Pour into a bowl. Mix all ingredients with a mixer, add as much milk, stir. Strain the dough and allow to stand for about 2 hours. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil and bake until the pancake becomes ruddy, then turn over. Serve the pancakes with butter.

Delicious pancakes on soda

Ingredients: milk (≈ 700 ml), sugar (several table spoons), flour (2 cups), 3 eggs, vegetable oil (40 g), salt (3 pinches), soda.

Cooking method:

Drive eggs into a bowl, pour sugar and whip with a fork. Milk warm and, pouring it into a bowl, continue to whisk. Add gradually slaked soda, vegetable oil, salt and flour. Pour in the remains of warm milk. Mix so that no lumps remain. Spread the frying pan and grease with oil before roasting the first pancake. In the future, there is no need to lubricate the frying pan. Cover the plate with the ready-made pancakes with a towel so that they do not dry out.

Delicious pancakes on milk

Ingredients: dough - 2 glasses of milk, 2 eggs, a little sugar, ≈ 80 g of vegetable oil, two pinch of salt, flour ≈ 3 cups; Filling - cheese or honey.

Cooking method:

Put sugar, flour, salt in a container. Drive eggs, add vegetable oil and milk. Using a mixer, mix all ingredients until smooth. Add the boiling water and mix again with a mixer. Grease the heated frying pan with oil and pour the dough onto it with a ladle. Turn the frying pan in the right sides, in order for the dough to spread evenly.

Delicious pancakes are obtained if you use cheese as a filling.
