Omission of the cervix. Symptoms of the disease and methods of treatment

Prolapse of the genitals or the lowering of the internal genitalia is a serious enough problem that modern women often face. This condition is characterized by the fact that the organs, which normally are in the small pelvis, drop down, protruding into the vagina.

Absence of full-fledged physical activity in combination with childbirth often leads to the fact that the walls of the vagina are weakened, and the cervix of the uterus descends into it. Prolapse of the genitals is a serious gynecological disease that requires compulsory treatment. In simple cases, it is possible to solve the problem with conservative methods. But sometimes simple gymnastics and massage can not be managed and we have to resort to surgery.

What causes can cause cervical ovulation? The prolapse of the internal organs is due to the weakening of the ligaments that support the uterus and other organs of the pelvis in the normal position.

For example, after birth, ligaments and muscles that support the uterus are so weak that intense stress can trigger the cervical ovulation. Therefore, in the postpartum period, it is very important to avoid lifting weights. Even a child is recommended at first time to pick up only in a sitting position.

To provoke weakening of ligaments can and heavy work, connected with constant loads. Of course, a single load is unlikely to immediately cause the cervix to come down, but systematic influences combined with an indifferent attitude toward one's own health will necessarily create a problem.

In addition, the increase in intra-abdominal pressure associated with obesity, chronic cough, and surgical interventions can lead to confusion of internal organs.

What threatens the omission of the internal genital organs? Moving from its place, the uterus squeezes the rest of the pelvic organs, leading to disturbances in their work. Therefore, women with this problem not only experience pain, but also suffer from urinary disorders, constipation and complete dysfunction of the genital area.

If there is no treatment, then the displacement of the internal organs will progress. In the initial stage of the disease, women complain of drawing pains in the abdomen and lower back, the appearance of whitish and bloody discharge, the feeling of having an alien object in the vagina.

As the disease progresses, urological and proctologic problems are added. Thus, the omission of the anterior wall of the uterus leads to compression of the bladder, which leads to a violation of the outflow of urine and can provoke the development of cystitis, pyelonephritis, the formation of stones in the kidneys and bladder. In advanced cases, incontinence is noted.

Proctologic problems are characterized by the appearance of chronic constipation, the development of colitis, incontinence of gases and feces.

If omission of the uterus is not treated, it will lead to its loss. In this case, the woman can independently detect the formation protruding from the sexual gap. Such unnatural location of the uterus leads to her traumatization, the formation of signs on the surface and deep bedsores.

Treatment of the uterine prolapse is selected by the gynecologist, depending on the degree of development of the disease. So, in the initial stages, therapeutic physical training, special massage, hormonal preparations that help strengthen the ligaments of the small pelvis can be prescribed.

In advanced cases, an operation is indicated for the omission of the uterus. Today, many operational methods have been developed to solve the problem. The most radical treatment option is complete removal of the uterus. But this method, as a rule, applies only to older women. In other cases, it is possible to eliminate the omission of organs by more gentle methods.
