  • Butter, about a hundred grams.

Preparation

All components of the salad are prepared, as in the classic version of the recipe "Mimosa", butter is cut into thin plates. The salad sequence is as follows: butter, fish, onion, mayonnaise, potatoes, mayonnaise, finely grated cheese.
