Anyone who has a garden or garden knows what we are fighting against weeds. With every coming of spring, except for pleasant troubles, this implacable battle awaits us. And not always a person comes out victor in it. Weeds are less demanding for growth conditions, they have more chances to survive than cultivated plants. For example, potatoes will not survive without human care, without water, feeding. And the weeds grow next to him, on his territory and are his rivals in the struggle for nutrients and moisture. If they are not destroyed, then, in addition to reducing the commercial quality of tubers, the appearance of various diseases, inconveniences in collecting potatoes, crop losses can be up to 50%. And this is pretty sensitive. Therefore, poor holidaymakers every weekend spend several hours of their time on the weeding of the garden, instead of spending this watch for a more interesting occupation.

Properties of the drug "Lazurite"

Some categorically do not recognize chemistry, fearing to poison both the soil and themselves, are fighting the weeds mechanically. Others start looking for helpers. There are several effective recipes for the destruction of weeds in the cultivation of potatoes. One of them is the use of herbicides, special preparations for combating harmful plants. For the processing of potatoes there is a group of such funds from different manufacturers. To date, the drug "Lazurite" from weeds is the main herbicide. It perfectly destroys annual weeds on planting potatoes. Penetrating into leaves, kills them. It also acts for 1-2 months through the soil on growing weeds.

The drug suppresses annual dicotyledonous and cereal pests (cornflower, quinoa, ragweed, mary, bojadak, dandelion, chamomile, osseous and others). At the same time, if used correctly, it does not adversely affect potatoes. The "Lazurite" agent is produced from weeds in the form of a powder, which includes metribuzin 700 g / kg. Packed in bags of 20 g.

Methods and processing time

You can make the "Lazurite" remedy from weeds in two ways. The first one is a one-time. Spraying of the soil is carried out before the emergence of the crop at a rate of 0.7-1.4 kg / ha. An important point: tubers should be deepened into the ground optimally, so that the drug could not touch the area of the shoots. For an effective result and uniform distribution of the soil, the soil must be moist, loose and lumpy, the ridges well settled. The weather is desirable without wind.

2 way - two-fold. For the first time, the soil is sprayed until the emergence of potatoes at a rate of 0.5-1 kg / ha. The second treatment is performed at a dose of 0.3 kg / ha at a height of potato shoots of 5 cm and during the appearance of 70-80% of them.

Rates of consumption

Applying the preparation "Lazurite" from weeds, it is necessary to observe the exact dosage according to the manufacturer's instructions and caution. Immediately before use, prepare the solution: in a large bucket in 1 liter of water, dissolve 1 sachet of the drug, stir and add another 5 liters for the initial treatment (before the emergence of the culture). If the solution is prepared for a secondary procedure, then 1 packet is diluted in 20 liters of water. The finished solution is immediately used, not stored!

Dosage also depends on the composition of the earth and the content of humus in it. The maximum dose of the drug "Lazurite" is used on heavy soils, and on the lungs - minimal. If the earth contains less than 1% humus, then because of its weak absorbent capacity, the herbicide is not used at all. On peat bogs, soils containing humus more than 6%, wetlands, spraying should be carried out with already grown weeds. Early potatoes use lower rates of drug consumption (not more than 0.5 kg / ha), in later potatoes they are higher. Treatment is best done at a temperature of 15-20 degrees C. If it is cooler or the rain has passed after the procedure, the effect is noticeably reduced. After 2 weeks, weeds die.

Contraindications for the use of herbicide

Do not use the "Lazurite" from weeds, when potato sprouts suffered from frost, pests, shoots sick or very weak. Also, with the sensitivity of the variety to herbicides, their negative influence on the growth and development of the plant, chemical processing should be abandoned.

You need to be careful and observe safety techniques using the Lazurite tool. Control of weeds using herbicides relieves labor-intensive propoloks and even increases the yield. But it should be remembered that this method is unsafe and justified only when other measures for the destruction of weeds are unsuccessful.
