Lavash with red fish. An original snack in five minutes.

This recipe will help you out if there is no time for long cooking. A snack of pita bread with fish will be decorated not only with a family dinner, but also a friendly feast or a picnic in the fresh air. As a filling we take red boiled fish without bones, knead it with a fork, add grated cheese, salt and pepper, chopped boiled eggs. The proportions do not matter, but it is better not to put a lot of cheese in order to prevent the filling from flowing. Stir the mixture gently. Lavash cut into large squares, in the middle of which lay out the filling. Wrap the lavash with an envelope, so that the filling does not fall out and put it in a heavily heated frying pan.
