A jellied poultry meat is also a dietary product. So I advise you to prepare a jelly from a chicken. The recipe of the dish does not require any special skills and exotic products, it is prepared very simply and can be quite tasty. In addition, the cold of the bird turns bright and transparent, this allows you to use a variety of foods for a dish as an ornament.

Prepare the jellied of chicken. The recipe assumes the availability of the following products:

  • 2 onions;
  • salt;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 table. Spoons of gelatin;
  • Pepper with peas;
  • a hen;
  • Bay leaf.

How to make a jellied of chicken?

My carcass of chicken, cut it into four parts and remove the fat. Pieces of chicken are put in a saucepan, add water, pepper, bay leaf, salt, onion and half-dress. The recipe involves the use of gelatin. In a glass of chicken broth, dilute gelatin and pour it back into the pot with broth, mix. Peel the onion and carrots. Onion cut into half rings, and carrots thin slices. Vegetables put in a container for filling over chicken meat.

Boil the broth and pour it neatly into the mold. Leave the jar to cool for a while, then move it to the refrigerator, where it will quickly solidify.

Jellied from the chicken. Recipe with mayonnaise

For the dish you will need the following ingredients:

  • A glass of oxen;
  • 3 cups of broth from a bird;
  • Food gelatin (table spoon);
  • 500 gr. Chicken fillet ;
  • 150 gr. Mayonnaise;
  • cheese;
  • Nutmeg, black pepper, parsley, salt.

Preparation

Pour the gelatin with boiled cold water and leave it for a while to make it swell. After that, put the gelatin on the fire and warm it up a little (until it dissolves). At this time, wash the chicken breasts, put them in a pot of water, season with salt and boil until cooked. Cook boiled chests, cool, cut into small pieces and mix with pepper and nutmeg. Strain through the sieve chicken broth. ½ mix gelatin with mayonnaise, mix the rest with chicken broth. Pour the meat evenly into the mold, then put the jellied pour into the refrigerator. When the chicken broth stiffens a little, put a layer of gelatin with mayonnaise on top of it. Form again put in the refrigerator.

The dish before serving, decorate with greens and mayonnaise. Jellied chicken with mayonnaise is ready!

Pouring from a bird with mushrooms. Recipe for gourmets

Ingredients:

  • Champignons (300 gr.);
  • 3 chicken fillets;
  • gelatin;
  • 300gr. Broccoli cabbage;
  • carrot;
  • Bay leaf;
  • bow;
  • Corn in a jar;
  • Peppercorns, greens.

Preparation

Boil the chicken with pepper, carrots, salt, onions and bay leaf. Broth the broth from the bird into a separate bowl. Chicken meat chill and cut into small cubes. Boil the mushrooms and cut them into 4 pieces. Cook the broccoli and disassemble it on the inflorescences. At the bottom of a special form, put the greens, then the chicken, then the mushrooms and broccoli.

Chicken broth strain through a sieve. Separately, dilute the gelatin and add it to the broth. Pour the broth with gelatin into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for the night.
