Preparation, as always, begins with meat:

  1. First, in a large fire in vegetable oil fry the giblets, without forgetting to add pepper and salt.
  2. Add crushed garlic and onions through the press, cutting it pre-semirings. The flame can be removed a little so that the products do not burn out.
  3. Grate the tomatoes and transfer the resulting mass to a frying pan. Continue frying until the liquid is three times less.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and wait for another 5-6 minutes.

The simplest version

If there is absolutely no time to mess with the products, then you can cook the stewed chicken giblets. The recipe for this is the simplest.

It will take a standard set of products: 400 grams of chicken heart, liver and stomach, carrots, onions, salt, curry, pepper and vegetable oil.

For preparation it is better to use a deep pan or cauldron with non-stick coating. All the work goes in stages:

  1. Since the time for preparation of offal is required differently, first in a saucepan it is necessary to fry stomachs and heart.
  2. After 15 minutes, go to the liver. Do not forget to stir constantly.
  3. After 5 minutes, add the crushed vegetables. Products should be fried for another 6-7 minutes.
  4. After that, add a little water, curry, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients, and after 10 minutes, remove the hot pan from the fire.

The dish turns out delicious, tender and very nutritious. Yes, and very inexpensive. After all, each hostess should be able to save.

Giblets in tender sauce

Everyone knows how to change the taste of meat dairy products. This effect is used by many cooks in their work. For example, you can try to cook chicken giblets in a creamy sauce. The recipe can be slightly simplified, taking only hearts for work.

The recipe will need the following products: for half a kilogram of chicken hearts a glass of 20% cream, a bulb, salt, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and spices.

Everything should be done gradually:

  1. First carefully wash the by-products, and then cut them in half.
  2. Fry the hearts for 2 minutes in boiling oil, and after they let the juice, continue for 10 minutes to extinguish, without reducing the fire.
  3. Onions cut into cubes, fry in a separate skillet, and then add to the meat.
  4. Add salt, spices, cream and simmer for another 20 minutes. Here it is better to reduce the fire a little, so as not to spoil the taste of the sauce.

Delicate hearts will perfectly harmonize with boiled potatoes or rice.
