It will take approximately 200 grams of this product. In addition, you need to weld 2 medium potatoes. It will take more: carrots, mayonnaise, salt and, of course, pepper.

Boiled potatoes, already peeled, should be cut into small cubes. One carrot is tinder on a large grater, and the smoked fish is crushed. All the ingredients are mixed and seasoned with spices and mayonnaise. In order for this salad with fish to become softer, instead of mayonnaise, you can add sour cream.

Fried fish in salad

You can add a variety of salads and fried fish. One of the recipes for this dish is apple salad. To make it, you need 300 grams of any fish (preferably fillets), the same number of apples, 100 g pickled cucumbers, a few onions, sour cream.

Fish should be well fried in vegetable oil and chopped. Cucumbers and apples are cut into cubes of small size. Onions fall into the salad in the form of semirings. The whole mixture is peppered, salted and dressed with sour cream.

Delicious salad with cold smoked fish

Of course, any cold-smoked fish is very tasty, but even more attractive and tender it is in a salad. To create it you need to prepare:

  • 1 fish;
  • A quarter of a head of white cabbage;
  • carrot;
  • 1 parsnip root;
  • Pickled onions (about 3 tablespoons);
  • Bulgarian pepper;
  • 0.5 tbsp. Green peas;
  • Sour cream, which should be mixed with a teaspoon of soy sauce;
  • A tablespoon of vinegar.

It is very important to properly prepare cabbage for salad. To do this, shred and vinegar. After letting this mixture steep for a while, it is put on a slow fire to allow the cabbage to settle. After that, carrots and peppers are added to it, which have already been cut into strips, as well as slices of fish. Put here all the remaining vegetables and season with a special sauce based on sour cream.
